She helped me navigate through the paperwork and close the loop. I was heartbroken, but Heather regrouped and we continued to search for the perfect home. She understood what I was looking for and shortly afterwards, found another home that was an even better fit! She was able to give me options/contacts for services and inspectors to ensure that all was in order; from title company to electrical inspectors. Everyone was top-notch and I was thrilled with the level of customer service. The neighborhood is wonderful and I love my house! If I ever have to sell my house or purchase again, she'll be the first person I call.
Description of Work: Heather was incredible helping me find a house in Phoenix! She helped me identify the area that worked best for my situation and worked tirelessly to find the right house. My schedule is erratic and she responded to my late night and early morning emails timely and professionally. After the purchase, she stayed in touch and made sure that I was happy and that everything was working out.

Description of Work: Heather was so helpful in helping me narrow down neighborhoods to look for a houses in. Found a great house in a great neighborhood, but the inspector had lots of findings. The second house is also in a great neighborhood, and we are approaching the closing date. She has been patient, informative, and is very knowledgeable.
