This was the worst business transaction of my life. Quartney spent more time complaining and discussing his stress, how tough things were for him, than actually doing work. They ruined my new tiles by spilling paint all over it, ruined my exterior by spilling paint all over it, threw out brand new carpet, lost or broke two fans, and did not cover the cost. He sent over 8 people to my house with no supervision that provided terrible work. He is 150+ days late on the committed completion date, and officially abandoned the project on 1/21. I have over three thousand dollars worth of work I will be paying someone else to get this completed. I paid Quartney ahead of time because candidly, I have compassion. The worst mistake I have ever made. Do not do business with this person. Pay more and live stress free. Quality was sloppy, communication was the worst I've ever experienced in a transaction, and I will be taking him to small claims court.
