I originally called Hays to diagnose a leak and quote a repair. They determined the leak was caused by another contractor (solar) and suggested I pursue the issue with the solar installer ultimately saving me money at the expense of Hays getting my business. The honesty and professionalism stuck with me and I used them a few years later for some maintenance - a roof reseal. I recently experienced another small leak due to another (HVAC) contractor. Hays came out, diagnosed, and patched the problem area quickly and effectively. Jarrod is the best, and I will continue to use Hays for any roofing needs.

Not the cheapest bid in town but far from the highest. Discussion & online research showed Frank to be honest & aboveboard. Roofer arrived on time, did an EXCELLENT job, did it promptly, and cleaned up thoroughly. Dealt with a difficult neighbor gracefully and professionally. Job and service were more than worth the price.
