Description of Work: Replace outside faucets and fixed 2 shower heads and fittings. Very professional. Had a bit of issue with them scheduling off of Angie list calendar but once I contacted them they set it up promptly.

Description of Work: The water heater flush, test, and whole house plumbing inspection went fine and definitely needed to be done as evidenced by the stuff coming out of the flush. During the process the plumber tested the high pressure relief valve & ever since the valve leaked. It had to be replaced a month later by the same provider & it took two hours, and involved cutting and re-soldering brass pipes to replace the valve. The extra charge was only $109, so I felt Hays pricing for this was a value.

Description of Work: I'm sure I wrote this up shortly after their visit so may no recollect correctly. But the service person arrived earlier than the set time - without asking if that was okay with me. He did nothing to protect my floors from tracking water front to back. Fortunately my floors are tile so easily cleaned, but made me wonder how a carpeted floor would have been handled. The installation was done in short order. Later I did discover that the rubber hose washer had been removed and replaced, necessitating that I buy replacements.
