Description of Work: Purchased a Big Deal to replace an outside faucet. Scheduling was very disorganized. A plumber arrived at my house when I wasn't there, an hour before my scheduled window. When I called the office, they said they'd have him come back as originally scheduled. I left work to go meet him but then the office called and said plumber couldn't make it before dark? When I pointed out I'd spoken to someone just 15 minutes earlier and was on my way, she then claimed they didn't have the right tool. How many excuses rather than just telling me the truth -- he didn't want to wait. So I left work for nothing. The plumber who did come out once it was rescheduled for 2 days later was great. Punctual, polite and professional. He's the only reason the review was as high as it was. The follow-up email though had the wrong plumber listed as having done the work. Like I said, not very organized in the office.

the job went great, the guys were on time and very professional and keep my home very clean, that is amazing for the work that they had done, that had to cut my concrete and dig up my water line, they keep my home clean and neat while the work was being completed, the guys were always on time and kept me informed about the whole job, when they were done, you would not even know that they were there. the concrete was replaced and they installed my travertine tile,that they removed to get to my water line... everything was top notch! I will only use them for my work from now on!!

Our A/C system in the attic was making a lot of noise, they came in a diagnosed the problem, evaporator fan motor windings were gone. While they were up there they went through the whole system, Tightened up some loose components and then checked the pressure on the outdoor condensing units, very thorough job, very professional, on time and good price for service provided.

The serviceman identified that my air conditioners (about 13 years old) were not working well during the routine preventative maintenance. He suggested I look into new units, which are more efficient and quieter. After thoroughly reviewing my options, I purchased two new Trane air conditioners. Hays Cooling & Heating scheduled the installation and spent an entire day at my house removing the old units, installing the new units and making sure everything worked. They did a great job of explaining the new thermostats and cleaning up when they were done. Thank you!

Prior to purchase the house Hays inspected the heating and air conditioning units, finding that in all three cases the flues had not been installed according to code. I called on Monday to make an appointment to have them brought into compliance and was provided an appointment the next day. I was given a 12 - 4 arrival window and they arrived promptly at high noon. The work was accomplished quickly and professionally, my questions were answered promptly, and was left with a very comfortable feeling. The work was completed within 90 minutes.

I've been using Hays for three years and they never disappoint. Always go above and beyond and charge fair rates. I've used them for tuneups and every year it has been minor things that don't require extra charges. They are glad to tell you the unit is working well and doesn't need expensive service. However if it did, I would trust them to do it well.

I've used Hays on a few occasions for service. They were always prompt and very professional. When I finally decided to install it, they were out the next day. I was impressed by their speed and professionalism. Ongoing service with them has been a pleasure. If you are looking for service or a new heat pump, definately let them give you a bid.

My friends have used them, and I have used them. They are excellent. They come out the same day. A friend of mine just replaced 2 air conditioners a couple of weeks ago. I just know that they are very good, and I always recommend them to all of my friends. Their price isn?t cheap, but it is reasonable.
Description of Work: I use Hays Cooling & Heating all the time. One of our heaters wasn’t working, so they just came in and got it working for us. They just had to replace a part to it.

Chris Hay's arrived on-time as promised. Did a thorough inspection of entire HVAC System. He made sure everything was running properly, washed the coil and cycled the system before he left. He provided a detailed report of his work and even inspected the ducts to determine if cleaning was necessary
