Description of Work: Inspected and diagnosed problem on ac/heating unit. We then signed up for yearly inspections and service contract for both of our units. That of course was at a higher price but one that seemed fair to us.

Description of Work: This is our 3 year contract. Over the last 7 years this company has served us well. When having an emergency, they come out in a few hours. I use them for my rental home and the home we live in. They spend time checking everything even the water heater. They are prompt, use shoe protectors on our white carpet, explain everything they do, and try to improve our heating and air to the maximum. Fabulous people from the owner to each and every employee.
