 + -1 moreAlthough I can't vouch for the quality of work, I can say that this company has great customer service. I spoke several times with Joyce who is wonderful and who is focused on customer satisfaction. She is extremely empathetic and understanding, and I think that speaks well for the company. Gerry also was very personable, and if I had not received a call from the other company that had give me the estimate, who were having a really slow time given it is just before Xmas, and offered me an extremely good offer, I would have used this company, and will call them again if future landscaping issues crop up.
Description of Work: The company's representative (?Gerry?) provided me with a tentative estimate for removal of 5 very large old palm trees of 2K, OR removal of 4 (the ones in worst condition) for $1500 with a guarantee that they would complete the 5th one for $500 later on when I could afford it. This would include cutting down, stone grinding the stumps, and removal of the trees.

 + -1 moreThey said they would be here between 7 and 7:30. They showed up right at 7:00 and got to work. All employees were very nice and answered any questions I had. They cut down my 3 palm trees--barely made a mess and they were FAST. I was told that the stump grinding crew would follow in about an hour. Sure enough, they showed up in an hour and got rid of all my stumps. Also very professional and pleasant. They cleaned up all of their mess and left. A+ service all around and a fair price. Don't bother calling anyone else.
Description of Work: Cut down 3 palm trees, ground out 6 stumps.

Description of Work: Thinned and trimmed 2 very large trees in our front yard and even took some additional backyard trimmings we had done the day before. After our initial inquiry call, they came out the second work day to give an estimate and they were here the first thing the following morning to do the work. They knew what they were doing and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They were gone in less than 2 hours start to finish. We were very pleased. The trees look wonderful and we would recommend them and already have to our neighbors.

Description of Work: They removed a tree that had fallen over. They charged me $600 but it was a 40 year old sumac, and that was only for half of it, there were two parts. They had to come back and remove the rest of it later. Probably about $900 because they also removed some trees in the front yard too.

 + -1 moreI obtained 3 different estimates for the tree removal and trimming and Harris and Sons was the least expensive by more than 50%. They arrived as scheduled and quickly removed 3 large trees, ground down the stumps, and cleaned the area so you would never know the trees had formerly been there. They also removed a small Yucca and trimmed a large Texas Ebony. They hauled away all the debris and left my yard clean. The service was great!
Description of Work: Removed 3 large palo verde & mesquite trees plus one small yucca tree. Also trimmed a large Texas Ebony tree.
