 + -1 moreZaid has been over twice to a house we are renting out (once for an a/c problem and the other for routine maintenance of the a/c unit). He was very honest about what needed to be done and did not overcharge. He has also been out twice to our home. We have several a/c units and had different problems with two of them. Again, he was very honest about what the problems were and we only ended up being charged for the service call on both visits. He arrived when he said he would for all four visits and is very professional. We highly recommend him.

 + -1 moreHappy Bear did a great job, he found all the problems, fixed them and I would recommend him to everyone.
Description of Work: We originally had another company Sweet Mountain Air come out through our home warranty program, but he came out twice and after the second time replaced another wire and never reset the circuit breaker. After 4 hrs of finally getting it to work after I found the problem the system broke down again. I requested another company since he couldn't fix the problem and it always took 2 days + to get a call back or appointment. Happy Bear responded through the warranty program we purchased, but he came within 3 hrs and checked everything out and fixed the problem completely. He found 2 bad capacitors and faulty wiring. I found him to be very professional, thorough and experienced. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

 + -1 moreIt was covered under a homeowner's warranty, so I just paid them $90. I am very happy with them. They provided quick service, were very polite and they explained everything that they were doing. They also actually handed me off to someone else when they could not handle the parts that I needed.
Description of Work: I used Happy Bear Inc. in April 2011 and they replaced a condenser in the air-conditioning unit.
