Scott arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He was easy to talk to and explained all options and work he planned to do to assist in getting my tubs and shower back to looking good again. His work was as promised and I am pleased with how they turned out. I will definitely request him for all future handyman projects I have.

Scott arrived right on time. He listened to my "to do" list and then gave me a very fair quote. He professionally disconnected all plumbing fixtures from the sinks and bath tub, removed two vanities and placed them outside for disposal, removed two large mirrors, two old medicine cabinets, fiberglass bath tub with fiberglass surround wall AND removed old baseboards from three bedrooms, closets, living room, entryway, hall way, kitchen and dining area. All this was done in under 3 hours. Scott was very polite and professional. He didn't waste any time getting to work and was incredibly tidy on top of everything he did. He gave me advice about what I need to look for when purchasing my new tub and sinks. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real professional and would gladly have him return to do my bathroom installations and new base boards.

Dealing with Handyman Connection was easy and the work was done very well. Ron was great! I have no complaints about the process or the work. Excellent company. I will use them again in the future.

Called Handyman Connection and they sent Shad out to look at the project for a bid. Arrived promptly and asked enough questions to learn exactly what we were looking for and what to expect. Received the bid from HC in a timely fashion. Although the bid came in a bit higher than expected, I felt very good about Shad. His knowledge and professionalism made him the right choice. Although the work was started a couple of days late, the number of days it took to complete the job were spot on. Shad did a excellent job. He is a carpenter and craftsman, you can see it in the quality of his work. He was always there when he said he would be there and put in a good full days work everyday (and cleaned up every single day). Beyond his skill set, he was just very courteous and professional. The end product was just fantastic. Could not be happier. If you're looking for a bathroom remodel... ask for Shad!!

I have been using Handyman Connection for the past year and have been very pleased with their service and the results of their work. As a landlord for the past 20 years, I have used many contractors and handymen for various type of work on over 15 properties. I am also out of town and require constant communication with the individual doing the work since I am not always present when the work is being done. This far, they have been one of the best companies that I have worked with. Their follow-up, quality of service and timeliness are always very good and I am not kept up at night worrying whether things are done correctly. Overall, I have spent close to $10,000 on 3 properties and feel I got a good value. Each time I have worked with a different handyman and they are all top notch. I typically use them when I have an extensive list of 10-20 punch-out items - everything from drywall & flooring repair, door replacement & install, fixture install, light plumbing & electrical, etc. On my last job, they removed all the ceiling fans in the property and re-installed them since they were all coming loose from their original mount (in addition to many other tasks). I will use them again.

It went very well. Lex and Dan know what they are doing. I called them because I could not get the hose off of the bib that had been connected to the washing machine for 15+ years. They got it off, and we decided to put on a new outlet box with bibs and a box that are more modern for our 28-year old home. Lex and Dan showed up on time the second trip and got the work done very well and quickly. They also did drywall repair that looks great.

Moving all of this wiring required work in the attic which was very hot work in July. He pulled up all the wires and dropped them to the chosen walls. He put in the boxes and put on the faceplates. He did a great job and have been very happy with the outcome. This is the second time I have used Handyman Connection and will use them again.

Work completed was fine. Problem was scheduling-the 1st Handyman they sent out was 3 hours late to start and then had to come back multiple times to finish. I should not have been offered a Saturday appointment without having someone come out and evaluate the work to be done beforehand and have to keep running out to buy supplies needed for the job. Management apologized and took care by sending a more knowledgable Handyman to finish the work. All work was satisfactory.

I wasn't happy about this service at all. Some of the base boards are coming off. There was a space between the planks. In the beginning he was polite. When asking questions about the space between the planks, he said there was no space. He broke the baseboard near the door. He just nailed down the broken piece instead of installing a new one. I could not put new furniture in which was frustrating. He was very argumental afterwards. It was a waste of money.

Set an appointment for Saturday, 8/9/14 for 8-8:30 am. The company called on Friday and asked if they could delay the appointment to 9-9:30, which was OK with me. They confirmed the changed appointment by email. It is now 11:45 am on Saturday and the handyman has not come by or called. I tried calling Handyman Connection, but their offices are closed on the weekends, so I just had to leave a message. I've used their services several times in the past couple of years and they have always promptly arrived when scheduled and done a good job for me. I don't know what happened, but I'm not happy that I've wasted my Saturday morning waiting for him. I'll wait to hear from the company before passing further judgment.

They were okay. The guy was going to go back and get some stuff and he never came back. He was supposed to come back with a gasket to do a seal to make it nice for the next people. He just let it drop. We had used them before when we bought a house in Arizona in 2012. They were okay and they were reasonable. They did the work they were supposed to do. They were a little bit sloppy. Ron came the first time and a different Ron came the second time. He did good work and they were good guys. They needed a business system and should have called back. They were craftsmen, not businessmen. I didn't know what the prevailing rate was. They were on time.

They did a good job. They were prompt and reasonable.

They are very nice people. They were good.

Not very well, person called said he was on his way 1.5 hrs later he showed up. Not very professional, and didn't seem interested in doing the work.

Handyman Connection was responsive to our request for the quote, the price was competitive, the workman showed up on time after calling in advance and did an outstanding job, We changed the job from the original quote and they responded quickly and did not change the price! Jonathan, did such a good job and painted areas to blend in nicely. We were completely satisfied! We highly recommend him.

Todd did a great job and was prompt, professional and did a great job. We would use him again.

Our recent dealings with the Handyman connection were rough, to day the least. We needed a kitchen ceiling mudded and textured after I installed new lights. Since I have never done texturing before, I decided it would be much better to call in someone who has done it before. Our job was estimated to take about 4 hours, and was set up for a 4-hour period on a single afternoon. The handyman was 3 hours late and worked 1 hour longer than originally estimated, eventually leaving at 9pm without the job being completed. Of course we had to stay up to clean up afterwards in order to use our kitchen the next day. The following day, the handyman had scheduled a 10:30 am appointment with us. Yet he did not show up to work until 6pm, without a call, text or any form of contact whatsoever. That was too late for us, so we rescheduled the work for two days later. Then, two days later, he showed up 30 minutes later than planned. He worked 6 hours, left for three hours and then returned only to work until 9:30 pm again ? and the job was STILL not complete. And again, we were left with quite the clean-up job late at night. Earlier that same evening, we left a message with The Handyman Connection office stating that we absolutely had to have the job finished by the end of the day the next day. We had a call back from the office at about 8:30 the next morning and they said that their employee would work on the project all day with no interruption until it was done. Right after that call, the handyman showed up and stated that the work should only take a couple of hours. But, at about 1pm, he was still not done and again attempted to leave to go to another job! At that point we had completely lost our patience. We ?strongly encouraged? him to stay to get the job done while calling The Handyman Connection management to make sure that happened. Finally at 3:00 pm, the job was complete. Recall: this was mudding and texturing a 10? x 10? ceiling. A job that was estimated to take 4 hours on an afternoon took 16 hours over 5 calendar days. I have to say that the final result in terms of quality was actually quite good. Also, The Handyman Connection honored their original quote, which was very reasonable. Thanks goodness there was no change to the cost of the job, or I may have completely lost it. As they say, "good fast or cheap, pick two". They were good and cheap, u but not fast (or reliable).

Contractor showed up right on time and was great. Looked at what I had, went to Home Depot and bought what was needed, then installed it. I would hire these guys again! Michael

I needed my wood deck re finished they came out on Friday I was told I would have an estimate by Monday I didn't hear anything for several days and had to send an email I was told it needed to be done in cool weather which was fine but was never given a cost then a few days later sent another email asking for the cost I was told the man that came out was not comfortable with doing it and they needed to find someone else I said please let me know that was July 23rd as of today I still have not heard anything.

The experience level of the technician was excellent. He was prudent in scheduling the start of the work and flexible with my schedule as I was with his. He was well prepared with equipment and materials. The quality of his work was professional.

The job went smoothly and they followed up to be sure it was done correctly.

It was a great experience from start to finish, courteous, friendly and professional. The work was done on time to a high standard at a reasonable cost. I will certainly use them next time I need work doing.

Todd was an excellent craftsman and a neat freak too! He was very helpful under trying conditions for me. I would recommend him highly!

they arrived on time and told us what it was needed. didn't try to fix more than needed. Did a nice and clean job. I will use them again in the future.
