Scheduling was easy. Came when they said they would. The repair was done well by someone who knew what he was doing. Matched the texture of the wall perfectly. Very pleased.

It went really well. He called and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come out earlier, which was better for us, He even did a quote for some electrical work that we are looking at getting done and gave some suggestions. He was very nice and friendly.

The gentleman was punctual and competent and did the job well. I don't think he was trained on installation of this kind of a toilet, concealed waste trap toilets are different and much more difficult to install than normal toilets. I don't see that as much his fault as a gap in his experience. He did a good job under the circumstances.

I have used them several times. They guy that did it was David and he did a good job. They are not the cheapest in town but they are corporative and flexible.

He took his time and did a nice clean professional job. I am very happy.

They said they do not service the area that is clearly listed as a service area for them

Scott arrived on time and was very pleasant. He looked at the jobs that I requested and then got the pricing from the office. I agreed to the price and he started to work. He did the work and completed it in a timely manner. Everything was great. I would recommend Scott and Handyman Connection!

Electrician was on time, polite and courteous. Ran to Home Depot for some supplies I forgot and promptly started the job. Took about four hours for the install. Work done was high quality. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with Handyman Connection. Dave was my "handy guy" and I was just happy to have someone come out and quote promptly as I had just moved into a new renovation. Seven (7) blinds to install and a security door I bought at Home Depot. Dave would have collected the door except the install was delayed by rain and I did not want it being held at Home Depot for too long. Very professional, very neat and thorough. They have a very neat business. All these small tasks may seem minor, but when you have just moved and you have a long list of "stuff" to get done, having this all done professionally and promptly was such a relief. Thank you HC and Dave.

He was really clean and on time every time we have used him. I was very pleased with the final results, especially with the way the bookshelf and storage cabinet turned out. Dave did an excellent job and really enhanced the room with the work he has done.

Dennis was really good. He was able to order the correct parts online. He went above and beyond and he did not give up. The price for the job was fair. I made an appoointment. He called 30 minutes before he came out. He conducted himself very well. I wished I could give them an A+ and I would absolutely hire him again. He also quoted me a price for painting my kitchen too.

Dave K. of Handyman Connection had previously provided service to me (see previous review). I asked for him to assess what I needed to do to make the master bathroom more up to date. He recommended installing a new full shower. Dave made arrangements to obtain the correct enclosure and installed it over the shortest time possible (including a delay when the supplier gave him the wrong shower pan). Both my realtor and I feel that the work performed was excellent. The office was also very helpful with scheduling since I had difficulties in obtaining supplies for the tile repair in the second bedroom. Overall, this was a very good experience, considering I had to manage this from 2500 miles away! Thanks to Dave and the folks in the office for making a complicated improvement easy!

Everything went great! There were a few hiccups along the way, but that's to be expected with a job of this scale. Every problem was handled right away by either Allen (who supervised the project and did the initial bid) or Tim, our handyman. Before the job got started, Allen recommended suppliers and was very responsive and helpful while my husband and I picked out all of the materials. (Just a caveat, we felt comfortable shopping for everything on our own. If you're looking for a one-stop showroom or someone to shop with you, you might be better off going with a different company. Of course that would also mean paying more.) Tim was very polite and friendly without being overly chatty. It's hard having someone in your house for 3 weeks under the best circumstances, but Tim made it as painless as possible. Allen gave us an original estimate of 2-3 weeks for the job, and it was done just before the 3 week mark, plus a few extra hours for minor touch ups. Given all of the unforseen extra work that Tim experienced, including having to frame the huge medicine cabinet that we picked out and having to improvise rebuilding our linen closet based on the doors we ordered, it was impressive that he was able to finish on time. The bathroom looks beautiful and everything works perfectly so far.

It was a positive experience working with Handyman Connection from the very beginning. They were very quick to get back to me on my initial inquiry and also had someone come out right away so he could take a look at what I wanted to have done and give me an accurate quote. Once I decided to go with handyman connection to do the work they were able to set up an appointment within a few days. 2 craftsman completed the work over two days and Rick was the lead craftsman performing work in my home. He was very friendly and clearly communicated the work they were going to complete and checked in with details as the worked progressed. He and his team were respectful of my home and also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. One of the things I was most worried about was a significant dip in my floating floor near the threshold of the room it was in. Rick was able to discover that the people who installed the floor initially left a carpet nail in that one of the boards was sitting on and nstead of figuring out why the board wasn't flat glued it had been glued down and the underlayment was left out near it. After Rick diagnosed the issue he was able to install the appropriate underlayment, remove the carpet nail causing the issue, cut a new plank to replace the one glued down and re-install the floor. About a month of the install one of the bathroom fans stopped operating but within 24 hours of me notifying handyman connection they had some one out to my home and the problem resolved (it was a loose connection) I'd be happy to use handyman connection again whenever I have a variety of work I need completed around the house.

Very punctual -- someone that actually shows up on time. Work was done in a timely manner. Removal of old, failing caulk and drying of area. Excellent job of re-caulking and color match. I will use this service again.

Everything was done as promised within the allotted amount of time and budget! We have a room that used to be an exterior porch that was converted by the original home owners into a bizarrely laid out sun room. There was a door from the sun room that lead to the master bathroom that John removed by cutting the floor tile around the area, framing, drywalling, and texturing both sides. He also finished up the look by painting the room and installing baseboards. He finished the whole job in 2 days!

Rob was awesome to work with. He was on time, no nonsense and hard working. He accepted an Angie's list coupon and extrapolated this to all of the fans. We feel like he did a quality job and similar to our past experiences with the Handyman Connection it was excellent.

Installer was on time and extremely professional. He did a great job replacing both of the fans for us, one of which had been in place for quite some time. I would highly recommend Handyman Connection and will use them again.

We waited for over two weeks for a quote. We allowed for one week without response, then started calling, we were told the quote was being typed, then it was been reviewed, then that there was an item that needed further clarification, we asked to leave that item out. We got a call 19 days later only to be told they would pass on the job because it was out of their scope because it was one major job and they would refer us out to another company. We do not understand how the smaller individual jobs described above were out of their scope. When we made the appointment they asked for a brief explanation of the work required and they confirmed it was the type of work they do. This is all very frustrating and disappointing, we are from out of state, and when we met them it was a small window of opportunity given that we had traveled for the home inspection. I had researched contractors and Handyman Connection appeared to have a good reputation. However I now checked in Yelp and read what they have to say, I was misguided. We never received a quote. For me, how a company conducts itself at the initial meeting and whether it carries through on its initial promises is critical. If a company cannot deliver at this stage of the process when they should be trying to earn my business, I have serious reservations regarding how the rest of the job would be handled. Unfortunately, Handyman Connection failed to deliver on its initial promises and I will not do business with this company.

We never received a quote. For me, how a company conducts itself at the initial meeting and whether it carries through on its initial promises is critical. If a company cannot deliver at this stage of the process when they should be trying to earn my business, I have serious reservations regarding how the rest of the job would be handled. Unfortunately, Handyman Connection failed to deliver on its initial promises and I will not do business with this company.
