I couldn't have been happier, he showed up on time & was very kind. He ran out of the proper materials so he went to Home Depot and back a short time later to finish the job. (All in the same day) I look forward to hiring them again in the near future. I thought it was a fair price for what was done.

I have always been very impressed with Mark because he is very experience, always very careful, very picky, balanced with working quickly and does a really great job with the projects he has completed for me. Today Mark came out to install kitchen cabinet/drawer handles on my new kitchen cabinets, a large surface mount medicine cabinet and light fixture in the master bathroom, and helped get a few HVAC registers secured that I didn’t have the strength to do myself. Mark did a really great job. He was very thoughtful about how to install the kitchen cabinet/drawer handles making sure their alignment would be functional and visually balanced, and he took the time to check with me before he drilled the holes making sure we were both in agreement. My kitchen looks absolutely great, what a difference something like that makes to go from no handles to having them there! This is definitely a project where you want the person doing the installation to be picky and precise!!!! The medicine cabinet is a 36” Pegasus 3 door surface mount cabinet from the local big box store (Home Depot if I’m allowed to say). I have no storage beyond the vanity in this bathroom so the extra shelving this provides while doubling as the mirror over the vanity is desperately needed. The cabinet is balanced, fits perfectly above the faucet and below the light, and looks fantastic. Mark made sure to clean up when he was finished, you’d never know I had work done in the house today. A quick comment for last year, I had Mark come out last year to hang new interior doors inside my house, he used his router to cut the hinge spaces, did any needed door trimming, and hung them all using the hinges I had purchased. I highly recommend Mark for most any project you may need help with, he is always careful and particular about the result which I greatly value. Thank you Mark for doing such a great job!

I was very impressed with the quick response in setting up with the appointment, and with the outstanding service provided by the handyman. Rather than charge me for a simple fix that I could do, he walked me through doing it myself over the phone at no charge. I will definitely be using Handyman Connection for my future home projects.

My first experience with Handyman Connection (Phoenix) was last week. It seems Shelly is the one who has always answered my phone calls. She is cheerful & exudes professionalism. When I scheduled my appointments, she told me the name of the technician. The confirmation email I received had his photo & info (including last background check.) Raoul came to my home & did about five general handyman tasks. (My husband is not handy at all & the extent of my DIY skills is limited to using a hammer.) A few days later, I had a follow up call with Mark. Both called me shortly ahead of their arrival, both were prompt & gracious. It's my understanding you can also request a specific technician. Since our home is at the age where when you fix one thing, two others break, I suspect we will be needing handyman services quite regularly & will be relying upon Handyman connection.

Dan and Danny Bond did an excellent job in building this closet into our master bedroom. This was done in such a way it did not even appear that the closet was an addition. Dan and Danny did a great job!

The installation professional showed up an hour and fifteen minutes late due to a personal issue which I can respect but the issue I had was that I needed to contact them when he didn't show up on time as opposed to them notifying me that he would be late. Once he showed up he worked efficiently, was professional, and did a good job of completing the installation of the kitchen faucet.

When picking a company to do this work, I met with 6 different contractors. I was looking for a team that cared about the customer and listened to the customer. Customer service and reliability were top items on my list in addition of course to the quality of work. This group topped the list on caring about the customer and being reliable. Alex is excellent at his job - he is what I consider the general contractor/coordinator of the folks doing the work. He answered questions immediately whether I called him, emailed him or texted him. He visited a couple of times a week to see how things were progressing. Mike was the tiling person who I dealt with pretty much daily and he was always in contact with me and never left me hanging on anything. He was extremely prompt and neat as well as good at his job. The master bathroom was totally demolished and rebuilt. Handyman Connection did all of the work minus the vanity installation. The tile work was excellent and the person doing that work was very customer centric. The others that worked on the master were very good too but the tile person was there the most. He assisted the others that came to do their work but his main focus was the tile which included a new shower, floor and partial tiling of the tub area. The work turned out beautifully. The work in the hall bath and the Jack and Jill was not a major renovation like the master however there was a fair amount of work done in these two areas. The Jack and Jill floor was tiled and the work was great. In these bathrooms, Handyman Connection oversaw granite installation, installed sink hardware, replaced toilets, did sheet rock work, installed mirrors and lights as well as a medicine cabinet. There were a few flaws that I brought to Allen's attention and he did address them quickly. With Handyman Connection, I knew ahead of time via email or text who would be at my house and when they would arrive. The workers were very courteous and respectful of my home.

The ONLY reason the work was not completed was because the stone tile I provided was not cut properly by the manufacturer. Bob spent the majority of the day trying to get things to fit. Nothing worked. If he had gone ahead and put in the tile, by the time he got to the door, everything would be noticeably of kilter. We both felt that would be unacceptable. And because he didn't finish the job, he didn't charge me for his time. After speaking with Shelley, Bob, and Allen, we decided this project would be handled differently. I am so grateful that they really take pride in their work and didn't just slap the tile in and hope for the best. It was a joy to work with them and I will definitely be calling on them to help with the next project in our home improvement odyssey. I wholeheartedly recommend them. They are professional, capable, and they listen to what you have to say.

Ross arrived on time. He went right to the kitchen sink, and he told me how to have it properly repaired. That job I chose to put off until later. We went to Home Depot and picked out a new light bank, door and key set. He transported it back in his truck. Ross then without hesitation installed the new light bank over the sink and the new door to the backyard. All of the work was done beautifully. I am happy, and I shall not hesitate to call Handyman Connection Phoenix when I need their help. Also Ross was very patient with me when we were picking out the new door and light bank.

Handyman connection efficiently solved the problem with a reasonable price. The almost cannot even tell there was hole in the ceiling, and wouldn't if had painted it. I advised him we could paint it so not certain if he could have painted it, yet I suspect he could have. Overall excellent job, I would most certainly contact them again for such a job.

I called a few days before for an estimate on replacing the kitchen faucet. They could not give me an estimate over the phone but would send a plumber out and there would be no charge for the estimate. I made an appointment for a few days later. Dave Kirkland called first and arrived right on time. He carefully reviewed the work and quoted $90 for the job. He replaced an old faucet and soap dispenser with new ones that I had purchased. No issues about installing something they did not sell me. He went right to work and in a hour had the job done. He cleaned up and took the old stuff with him. A perfect job and an excellent experience with Handyman Connection. Thanks to Angie's List for getting us together. I will consider them my first choice for home repairs. I am a very happy camper!!!

Excellent and looking forward to the next job

I had a bad experience with them and would never use them again. The guy they sent out to install ceiling fans couldn't do the job, and they charged a lot of money. He didn't seem to know that the circuit breaker had gotten tripped when there was no power in the room, even though I told him that happened. He went out and looked and said no. So I called an electrician and paid more money, to find out it was tripped. It was a bad experience all around.

They did a good job with everything. The first guy that was out here did a poor job with fixing our floor, so they sent someone else out for free to get it all done over. They left all the wires hanging down on one of the TVs they hung. They hung a wall plate underneath but it's horizontal and crooked and I still see the wires.

I have used Handyman Connection before to do many jobs. These included a bathroom remodel (took everything just about down to the studs - new tile floor-ceiling on two walls, installed new shower surround, new faucet and toilet), new electrical switch and outlet in another location, replaced a water heater with a tankless, installed a new front door, and installed a new utility sink in the laundry room. This job consisted of many parts with different workers. We ran into some difficulties along the way (somewhat as expected), but Handyman Connection always stood behind both the work and their price. For example, the front door turned into an all-day activity. It was much more extended than planned, but the work was done. We had to have another of their workers modify the door surround in the inside, but they didn't charge more for this - they stood by the original price for the work. On this one, the work was much more restricted. We did have to have the plumber return to move the faucet further out so when the tile was installed it would be able to take the trim, but they did this quickly. It was unfortunate, as that worker should have seen immediately that there was an issue, but it was corrected and the work turned out well. I would like to make special mention of the tile person. He was excellent and I would have him back if I needed any tile work done that I wasn't ready to take on myself. He was knowledgeable, hard working, very careful and thorough, and just a nice guy! Allen is excellent to work with. In the case of the bathroom remodel, they ordered the plumbing materials for the shower, including the shower base. I gave them details on what I wanted and they ordered it through their supplier, as this was less expensive. The shower base, as it ended up, was not correct (my fault in choice). Handyman immediately contacted their supplied and had a new one delivered the next day for installation. This is a level of service one doesn't find often. I've had another bathroom remodeled and put an addition on the house; I only wish this was my experience those times!

My main contact point was Allen, who was the project manager for the remodel. He did an excellent job coordinating the entire job and keeping on top of things. The two main workers, Rick and Barry were professional and experts at the work they did. If we need future work done in the future, we would not hesitate to call them. Based on our recommendation one of our neighbor's is using them for a bathroom remodel. The price was very fair for the quality of the work done and detailed estimates and bills were provided.

Bob was very professional and did all of the work. Bob was efficient and installed the lights on the fans and fixed the screen door. I have used Handyman Connection before and have always had excellent experience. They are terrific. I will continue to use Handyman Connection. Thank you!

He made a big mess. I walked into the master bedroom, he's using the saw, and he is throwing saw dust all over my new $375 bed spread. He had nothing to clean up with so I did it my self. It cost like $675. He billed me like for the whole day. I just chalked it up to live and learn. He chose to go to a Home Depot that was a ways away because he had an account there. I paid for a lot that I shouldn't have had to.
