Our employees are key to us meeting these self imposed expectations. We achieve this by requiring every Haden Maid to graduate from Haden Prep School and continue their education focusing on cleaning techniques, safety, customer care and leadership development. I had them come out for a deep cleaning. They sent two girls out for 3 hours at $190. They arrived 15 minutes late. The girls came and cleaned my floor but did not clean behind the appliances or furniture. They left dust balls and hair. They put a bucket in my kitchen sink to clean the floors but left the sink dirty. the owner Denise kept calling them telling them to hurry up. They did not dust anything and really the only thing they did was clean the floor. I called Denise to cancel any future services and she yelled at me. She would not let me get one word in. She insulted my home and insulated me.

Description of Work: Normally this provider sent me emails well in advance to let me know they were coming. Well the first week of the new year I did not get an email until late Sunday the day before the cleaning. I had a lot of things on my mind. my wife of 37 years had just passed away with cancer. I was out taking care of business with the funeral and did not check my emails until late Monday, their scheduled day. I'm sorry I missed them but to charge me $100 for this was unreasonable and nasty. You could have charged me $25 for gas and told me not to let it happen again. I'm sorry I couldn't make it, but I was married to my wife for 37 years, a lot of things had to be taken care of. It was bad business to charge me $100, now you lost a customer.

Description of Work: They arrived on time and cleaned my house for 8 man hours. I met the crew at the beginning and said for them to let me know she they would be done so I could be back to review the work. They said 3:30 and I arrived at 3:20 to find they were gone. I called the office and walked through as I was asking why they hadn't stayed. She didn't know why. But I noticed the time floor had obvious dirt and even a couple dead bugs on it. I was still on the phone with the owner Denise at the office and she asked questions and I told her what I was seeing. I did hang up and co to us the inspection and found they didn't even moo the master bath floor. I took a picture of the hair and dust I could wipe with just my hand and sent it to Denise. I also noticed they didn't move anything to vacuum. I even left my vacuum out if they wanted to use it and instead of moving it to vacuum under they vacuumed around it. It actually looked like they really just ran the vacuum over the carpets quickly. So I used my empty vacuum on just the master bedroom and it filled up a quarter of the tank. They didn't even move to clean behind the trash can in the kitchen. I could go on, but I sent all the pictures to Denise and she said they could come out at 8 the next morning. I said I wanted to be here and couldn't get back until 9:30. She said she'd check and get back with me. She later said again she could have the girls back at 8 and I again reminded her that I wouldn't be here until 9:30 as I had said. She said she'd come back next week. I then said nevermind and can you bring my key back. Yup I gave them a key, stupid I know. She didn't respond, so I asked agin for them to bring back the key and instead of dropping it by, she said her office would send it back. Which I found out meant they'd Mail it. Horrible service, the checklist they used to sell the service was never used in the cleaning or discussed, and obviously the clean was very poor especially since they say they spent 8 man hours doing it.

It's unfortunate when a clients expectations are not met and we take all feedback seriously. As a company we do everything possible to provide exceptional service in the time and budget allowed. We deviated from our policy to take on a monthly client as evidence shows that cleaning a 4,500 sq. ft. active household one time every 4 to 5 weeks for a budget that does not allow for enough time, sets up both the service provider and client for dissatisfaction. When clients cycle through several cleaners in a short amount of time and have a budget that does not match the time and resources necessary to complete the job it's a tough situation for both parties. Please accept our apologies and best of luck with your next service.

The cleaning went really good. Everything was spic and span, beds were made and the blinds looked fabulous! There were a couple small things that I requested to be a little more detailed next time (and I will admit those areas were pretty dusty before they started) and I am sure it will be perfect. They did a great job or I would have them coming back next week (and I plan to keep them on a bi-weekly routine cleaning). Also, a big thank you to the rep I have been working with (Denise), she has been super accommodating and very helpful. While the initial deep clean was a little more expensive than other quotes I received, the focus they pay to the training of their employees, the values and mission on their website made me want to try them out and I am happy I did because it was worth it!!
