 + -1 moreGuard-O-Matic was here today and we thought it was the battery on my system which turned out to be the fuse. He was very thorough and very polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. I was happy with the service. The only thing that I don't like is that I don't know what they will charge me because they will send me the bill. It is a new system that they have. The quality is excellent. They came when they said they would, they were polite when I called them and the technician seemed to know his stuff.
Description of Work: I use Guard-O-Matic to repair my security system whenever I have a problem with it.

 + -1 moreI liked that they were a local company/monitoring service. They were extremely unprofessional and I would never do business with them again. Their installer was not competent. The salesman told me what I wanted to hear, but in reality, what he sold me would not be available for several months, specifically online account management. My biggest complaint is that their contract auto renews and this is not disclosed, just hidden in fine print. Cancelling their service was extremely difficult and expensive.
Description of Work: Installed and monitored a central station alarm in my home.

 + -1 moreBESIDES SECURITY SYSTEM, HAS DONE OUR CENTRAL VACUUM, HOME THEATER SYSTEM, AND INTERCOM SYSTEMS. GOOD SERVICE AND CONVENIENT PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR MONITORING. PROVIDED US WITH WINDOW MAGNETS FOR FREE AND HAS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS FOR OUR CENTRAL VACUUM SYSTEM.
Description of Work: INSTALLED ADVANCED SECURITY SYSTEM IN OUR HOME WITH WINDOW MONITORS FOR ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS AS WELL AS CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS AND FIRE. INSTALLED EXTRA KEY PAD AND MOTION SENSOR.
