This contractor is who Home Depot uses. We wanted a security door and chose one through Home Depot. They charge $35 for someone from Greencraft to come out and measure, which is then refunded once the order is placed. The measurer they sent out made an error in the measurement so the door that was ordered was too narrow for our frame. After five weeks of wait time (which should have been three), the installer came out to put up the door. (Greencraft rescheduled us once before because their first installer was unavailable.) So the second installer, Brian, arrived well outside his "window of arrival" (1-1/2 hours late), and, second, he had the door with him that was too narrow. He took one look at our front door frame and said it was "crooked and slightly warped," so the security door couldn't be installed, yet it was obvious that the original measurement was in error. Brian said in order to make the security door fit, he could retrim our door for an extra $90-$100. That would require us to paint the new trim, since that was something he didn't do. After his quick exit with the door in tow, we never heard from Greencraft again, even after calling them and leaving a message. We went into Home Depot three more times, asking about our door and were told that Brian returned our door to Home Depot and left. Home Depot's supervisor contacted Greencraft several times, asking them to send someone else out to our house to offer a solution to the problem, but they never attempted to resolve the issue. After nearly 8 weeks from the order date, we cancelled the order through Home Depot and resolved never to use Greencraft again for any service. We would never recommend them to anyone.

This has been the most disorganized company we have ever encountered! They are contracted through Home Depot. We chose our materials & ordered through Home Depot. Greencraft is their installer. Tile & sinks delivered & sat in our garage for 2 weeks before we could get anyone to tell us when they were going to start. They came in did the demo , came back 2 days later to start tile work. There were 3-4 workers here for 4 days installing tile around the tub. During the tile installation they dropped something heavy on the tile floor, which we were not replacing. We heard the crash, my husband went up to the work area to make sure everything was OK. They told him it was OK. After the tiling was finished we discovered they had miscut a line of tile & a small tile was missing which they filled with grout! Contacted them, it took a week for anyone to come fix it. We also discovered the floor tiles were cracked from the dropped item, we have no matching tiles to replace them with. They tried to say the cracks were from settling, not their dropping a heavy item on it. They agreed to replace the tile flooring up to $2.00/ sq ft. We picked out tile & grout like we were told, they were supposed to let us know the price difference(the tile we picked was $2.39/ sq ft). NEVER got a call!!! NEVER put on their schedule. My husband has continuously had to call them & never gets a straight answer. We have sinks, hardware, cabinets & mirrors sitting in our garage because they STILL have not let us know WHEN they will finish the job. We started this process at the end of JANUARY!!! This has been paid in full since February! Our bathroom is STILL torn apart..... It's APRIL 29th!!! Home Depot has been contacted many times. Sometimes they call us back, sometimes not.NEVER AGAIN!!!! Would not recommend this company to ANYONE! Hoping our bathroom gets finished before another month goes by but we doubt it!
