custom cabinets, home remodeling
+ 0 moreI am in my 50's and have never been so aggravated with a company as I have been with this one. They were supposed to be done 12/09/11. Date of completion 12/29/11. We are talking about a VERY Small kitchen that had already been gutted & where no one lives. (rental property) Very simple U shaped kitchen with very basic design and very basic cabinets. The only thing that they had a real problem with is the range hood. Sheet metal had to be cut. They were supposed to call me and tell me how much extra it would cost. They never did. They were supposed to have that completed within a couple of days - it took them 2 weeks! They gauged one of the drawers. Their answer to that? Touch it up with paint! No - I finally got them to replace it. They are a bunch of amateurs that aren't able to see a project through from beginning to end. And are very unprofessional. Their horrible time management and workmanship will cost me a month's worth of rental income. If you order a kitchen from IKEA ~ DO NOT call Great Spaces.
Description of Work: This company contracts with IKEA. They install Ikea kitchens. Since I ordered my new kitchen from Ikea, I figured I would use them since they came out and took the measurements & helped me plan the layout. They were more expensive than someone else I contacted to do the install.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job and I would recommend them. They were very conscientious and I found them very helpful. They were prompt and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. They did it for the price they said and it was good. I would use them again in future.
