 + -1 moreTracy kept men informed on the order status and when we could have the work completed. He was always polite and kept his word on the appointment. Regrettably my grill was reconfigured incorrectly by the last homeowner and the repair didn't happen. He didn't charge a cent even though he purchased the parts...and he pointed me in the direction of my new island grill. I will use Tracy's services again and I recommend everyone to use him.
Description of Work: My island grill had a gas leak, After SWG turned off the gas line Tracy came out right to figure out my seals were all burnt and needed replacing

 + 2 moreIt works like a dream even though she is quite old. I am extremely pleased with the performance and am thankful he was able to bring her back from the death walk she was on. He was on time, aware of his area and kept it clean and made me feel comfortable thru the entire process. Well worth the money spent and highly recommend this service to anyone. So much better than having to buy a new grill.
Description of Work: Cleaned and repaired my BBQ. I love my Turbo grill and it needed a TLC. Tracy came and replaced the burners, ignitors and some of the ceramic briquettes.
