 + -1 moreI'm 100% satisfied. I have friends who have used other companies with poor results, some of which are still battling warranty work and having issues. Henry made sure we were taken care of from the start of the sale through a minor set back with the product after 5 years. A+
Description of Work: I purchased a air conditioner and gas pack combo unit in 2009. Henry gave me a great deal and handled every single question I had. He also added a free air duct cleaning and a tax rebate. The reason I'm giving a review now is, I had a covered item fail on the warranty and Henry made sure I got a new, free replacement item withing 24 hours. He was extremely professional on the sale in 2009 and just as helpful on the warranty work just a couple weeks ago. I am so very happy that I went with his company for my major purchase. They stand behind what they do.

 + -1 moreI knew the evap was not working properly last fall but I wanted to spend my savings over the holidays so put the repair off. I called Gonzales HVAC to do the work as I had some dealings with them recently on another issue and they really pitched in to help me. They had a schedule glitch at our appointed time and rescheduled for the next day which was fine with us. The service was good, I had an idea of what a pump would cost as I had done my homework and they were right on the money. I'm very satisfied with their technicians and their owner Sonny. Their customer service is exceptional.
Description of Work: Costly but necessary. Service person took costly parts (cracked pump and weathered belt) off the roof and showed us the problems. He also tried to repair the pump before replacing it but the crack was bad. Great company to work with.

 + -1 moreI did not spend anything because it was under warranty. They seemed to do the work well and they are honest. They installed the air-conditioning unit originally.
Description of Work: I used Gonzales Heating & Cooling about 3 months ago replaced the compressor fan on my air-conditioner.
