+ -1 moreInstallation took place, but I could not use my fax machine. I was told to put a splitter on my phone jack and that would take care of it. In actuality, it corrected nothing, and I got a call saying my equipment was not responding during a routine test. Since I was on vacation at the time and was not home to do the steps they told me would be required to test the system. So, I paid for 2 months of service when I had none. When I got back I called and they sent out a more experienced technician who said a splitter could not be used and that the main box had never been connected by the previous technician.
