I believe this was the company that kept calling us despite the Do Not Call List, and when I finally answered, the pushy sales person made an audit appointment. The telemarketer was very persistent, not taking "no" for an answer. She claimed that they can get us thousands of dollars in rebate for energy efficiency improvements they do, so that the improvement services will cost us nothing. After I hung up I did my research (this was before we had Angie's list) and saw that others have had similar experiences, and the services borders on scamming. We declined the audit when the contractor called, and dodged a few more calls from them before they stopped calling.

They called me with a sales pitch on an energy audit at a time when I was thinking this was overdue because ofmy high electric bills. We made an appointment for 9 AM the next day. They never showed or called. I called at 10 AM and they said the technician was sick. They never bothered to call or cancel.

The whole process went very smoothly. Everything happened in the timeline they projected. I was very happy that they could get all the work done so quickly and on time. All the people I dealt with at Going Green Solar were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend them and do business with them again.

They would not provide us on a price until after we signed a contract with them. They sales person was very nice, but we did not want to commit to something when we had no idea as to what the cost would be.
