cell phone service, phone sales
 + 0 moreThere was no service, Once they had my money, they would do nothing to help resolve my issue. Cell phones break and this place will not honor any warranty,
Description of Work: Purchased 2 new cell phones with new two year contracts. One phone broke 10 days later, When I returned to Go Cellular, they acted like I was trying to scam them. I wanted them to repair my phone. tough luck, you did not buy an extended warranty, I was directed to Verizon Corp retailer on San Mateo. They were curteous and helpful, I received a new phone as a replacement within 30 minutes. These people are a scam. Do not use them
