My husband and I just moved our family here from Washington. We were out of state for most of the buying process and The Gluch Group turned out to be exactly what we needed in an agent! Initially, we were very uncertain about which part of the valley we should be looking. Our hesitations were quickly squashed because Brad knew the areas well which was super helpful in refining our search and finding the best fit for our family. There were even a couple of instances where both myself and my husband could not be present to view the homes and Brad actually previewed the homes himself and sent us videos, talk about going the extra mile! I live in San Diego, and owned a beautiful rental property in Gilbert, AZ. The time came to sell and I began asking friends and family if they knew any Relators in the area, the natural choice. I interviewed two or three folks that were referred to me, but was terribly unimpressed. . Having never lived in Arizona, I simply did not have ta strong local network that I could rely on. As an out of state client, I really needed a team of experts that could drive the deal from start to close without requiring me to be a big part of the process. In the end I was highly impressed by the way each member of the team had a specific area of expertise, and each member seemed well in turned with everything that was going on. They drove the process and pulled me in when they needed my input. I received a call every week from the team with an update and to discuss our strategy. Home buying isn't an ordeal! At least not with the Gluch Group at the helm. There wasn't a single unexpected hiccup in the process, from hiring to closing. We chose Gluch Group because we kept seeing their signs in the Biltmore area - just where we were looking. Brad was about the best agent we could have hoped for - seemingly always available, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We'd done a lot of research and prep work before even reaching out to ensure we knew exactly what we wanted. Brad and team were always quick to get us into the properties. The one time Brad was unavailable - we actually requested 4 showings for the next afternoon - John was able to cover and get us in. After the second round out, we found what we thought was the perfect house. Brad got me back in to turn the knobs and kick the tires and talked through any possible issues with me. Putting the offer down was as simple as could be after discussing what a reasonable price seemed. Unfortunately, we had to retract the offer due to some major unpermitted work. You'd think this would be problematic, but not so with Gluch! After the retraction Brad and team were back and going full steam to find us the best place. Eventually we did find the place for us in a perfect little neighborhood and moved into the full process. We can't say much about the back office team, but that's a good thing. At times it seemed the entire group was telepathic, answering questions just after they popped into our heads. The team was able to provide some solid insurance and inspection recommendations, though our home inspector was one we found on our own. From offer down to after the closing date, we knew what to expect, where to go, and what to do thanks to this team. We wouldn't just recommend the Gluch Group, we'd do so (and have already) enthusiastically!

Whatever rating scale you use, these guys are at the top! In the past, I have felt burned by realtors- like they are just trying to push a deal through and really didn’t advocate for me in getting the best deal possible. I am thrilled to say that that was NOT my experience with the Gluch Group. I recently sold my home in Phoenix, and I ended up settling for more than my expectation! Jeremy was great at setting realistic expectations as far as list price and went the extra mile to increase interest and value for my listing. Instead of hiring a single real estate agent, I hired a bunch of them- where everyone has their own area of expertise! We recently moved to Chandler from out of state as part of a job transfer with Intel and were provided a real estate agent to help us buy a new home. After looking for a while we became dissatisfied with the agents service and began looking online for a better option. After much research we found that the Gluch Group had amazing reviews and so we contacted them. The difference was huge! This is a whole team of agents who work on salary, not on commission so you never feel pressured to buy a home. They have amazing personalities and are very fun to work with. We worked mostly with Brad and John and really enjoyed getting to know them, they really knew their stuff!
