Ginger Rowley-The Velasco Group

Our relationship with Ginger began about 6 months ago when we were given her name by some friends in AZ. We were continuing our search for a second/retirement home in the Phoenix area. My wife's first trip in June to the area was to narrow our search to specific areas/developments of Phoenix. She spent the better part of 3 days with Ginger and visited east, west and north Phoenix locations. The second trip in October involved narrowing our focus to 3 possible locations in N/NW/SW Phoenix. We spent the better part of 3 more days looking at these locations and visiting a number of new and existing houses. During these months we maintained almost daily contact with Ginger through email and occasionally by phone on new listings and general questions regarding home ownership in AZ. After returning to Cheyenne we decided to put an offer on an existing house that was not accepted. A short time later we placed an offer on a new house by Rosewood Homes. Ginger continued to be our eyes and ears on site since there were several items in the contract to be completed prior to closing and she was there when we took occupancy. My experience with realtors is somewhat limited but some will not respond if you do not decide to buy within the first visit or if your budget does not meet their target sales price range. Ginger communicates extremely well and is always responsive. She is professional and adds value to the transaction beyond just showing houses. She does not pressure for a quick sale but wants to make sure that the buyers make a great long term decision. If there was an A+ rating, I would give it for this experience.
