carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreI first hired Christian Offutt to do a regular carpet cleaning, but that didn't get rid of cat pee smell (this is a rental home and after the tenants have moved out, there was a horrible cat pee smell), so I hired him again for a deep carpet cleaning which he promoted and was giving me a 99% satisfaction rate, but a day later after he was done, the smell came back. So I wasted $700 for nothing and ended up taking all of the carpets out and laying new carpet. I asked Chris if he would at least give me half of the money back ($350) which he agreed to, but then just disappeared, he is not answering my calls or texts. I tried contacting the company that sent him over (Ahwatukee house cleaning, the girl's name is Leslie) but she had no information on him either, not even his license number. Please help me get in contact with him.
