Description of Work: Removed and replaced water heater and put in a water system. They automatically include service plan into the bill. I think that is sneaky business. Since I have paid into their system, I will use them again till plan expires and reassess. Had to request an itemized bill as did not receive one with service.

Description of Work: I had a stopped up toilet in the guest bathroom. It had been cleaned out twice before but had clogged up before. The serviceman was extremely professional and very nice. He educated me on some ways to prevent it clogging in the future and gave me instructions on how to buy a new toilet seat.

Description of Work: Don't think we needed some of the stuff they said we did. |Prizes for the thermostat were 4times as high as any home store!

Description of Work: Installed a new A/C and heater unit. Everyone from the sales reps (Theresa and John)to the installers were thoroughly professional and honest. Said just what they said they would do at an incredible price. Performed 6-month free inspection in November. Everything is working just fine and I would not hesitate to recommend them for air conditioner and heating sales and installation.

Description of Work: I have used George Brasil for the past 15 years for plumbing, electricity and air conditioning. They are a little more expensive than some of the other companies. However, they respond immediately to my needs and the work is always done correctly. I am part of their VIP program. They took very good care of my air conditioner in my old house. It was running well after 10 years. Unfortunately the a/c at the house I moved into two years ago was not cared for. George Brasil made my options clear and answered all my questions about installing a new a/c. Installation went well.

Description of Work: We have been using George Brazil for the last 8 years, mostly for heating and cooling. We have also used their Emergency services and they were there right away. In 2009 we used George Brazil to install all new heating and cooling in our two story home for a cost around $30,000. Two nights ago our hot water tank was leaking. We called George Brazil's Emergency number and they said they would have a Tech call us. A Tech called within 10 minutes. We explained the problem and he said he couldn't help us because he was on the other side of town and that our water tank was probably under warranty and we should just call them. We knew the warranty was not transferable to us since we did not purchase it. We confirmed it online and called Parker and Sons. They had someone out right away and our water tank was fixed the next morning. We obviously got the "brush off" from George Brazil because it was Friday night and the Tech was "across town" and obviously he didn't want to be bothered with us. It's a shame they lost our future business to Parker and Sons. The Tech also said if he "had" to come out, it would be $124.00, Parker and Sons came out for free! Such a shame.
