Description of Work: Michelle came to my house cleaned the coil for $400.00, $100.00 less than two estimates. I also bought a service agreement which was included in that price. Very, very satisfied.

Description of Work: Had them come out to service our AC unit. We could not get our normal AC service person/ company out because they were just too busy. It was 105 degrees out. Had to act fast. Unfortunatley we hired George Brazil. Our AC was leaking, they were to fix the leak and give the unit an over all check up. After well over $780.00 we had some type of service contract with them, we did not understand that we had purchased a contract. We just felt totally ripped off. After about two months we had to have our VERY honest AC guy come out to service the unit again. George Brazil did not repair the unit correctly. George Brazil's service tech was too worried about getting extra points, or $$ screwing us over for some type of service contract. I showed our normal AC guy the bill he could not believe it. He said if he was to handle his business this way he would be retired in a few years from ripping people off. I will never use their service again. I would not recommend them period.

Description of Work: They’ve done air conditioning repair. The experience was great! They’re clean and professional.

Description of Work: We are in contract and Tuesday we had the home inspection for the home we are purchasing. The realtor and inspector recommended the a/c unit be checked prior to appraisal. Company that owns the home is in California. I called to set up appt , I received a call back from the George Brazil office and they said they would not be able to do it because I am not the owner and it would be trespassing. None of us had ever heard of this . It is a major issue a person under contract can get out of the contract but it has to be professionally checked first. Poor customer service.

Description of Work: I was so very pleased I can,t thank them enough. I am a single women and always have a fear I will be taken advantage of for that fact. These people everyone of them were so professional and accommodating and educational and knowledgeable that I can't thank them enough. I needed to call them back for the smallest thing and they continued with the excellent service. anyone who uses them will surely have the same excellent service and quality I did. By the way that was for 2 units not just one. THANK YOU GEORGE BRAZIL. I am your biggest fan.

Description of Work: They come out to do a seasonal inspection for a nominal price which is the bait. The tech/salesman comes out and writes up pages of problems with your system. Our system was 3 years old. Tech found $2,000 dollar worth of needed repairs even though our units had a ten year manufacturer warranty. Tech then sits at your kitchen table (he has already been at the house 2 hours wasting your time) he then but the hard sell for a 5 year service plan for less than the cost of the repairs. Stay away from them.
