They could not find the mistake and they were out there three times, but they finally fixed it. They came out on a Sunday and they did not charge me. I liked that they worked on the job until they got the job done.

Terribly. We had a 4 year old unit that was running perfectly fine but suddenly had issues a few weeks ago. We called George Brazil and a tech came and diagnosed the issue as a leak in refrigerant and showed the leak to be on the line from the unit to the air handler. He quote the price of the replacement to be $450. He came back a week later to do the repairs and then stated that the accumulator was leaking and he needed to order the parts, and now it would be $700, scheduling a return appointment a week later. He never showed up a week later and when we called, we were told that the operator had cancelled the service call because we had supposedly told them that we needed to get a loan from the bank to complete the request. They sent a new tech who stated that there was plenty of refrigerant in the system but that their was a circuit board that was fried. They offered to fix the accumulator and board for $700 but when they completed, they said the compressor wouldn't turn on. We had another company come out and their diagnosis was that the compressor was unplugged but suggested that it be replaced. So, after 2-3 weeks of having issues, we still have no viable air conditioning, four diagnosed issues, several days of 90 degree temperatures in our house, lots of excuses for nothing getting done. A year ago, we had a similar issue where they diagnosed 3 issues under similar circumstances. Unfortunately, on issue #1, they offered us a discount if we signed a service plan with them. Equally unfortunately, we talked ourselves into going back to them for these issues because of the service plan. I ultimately feel like, for a unit that is only a few years and having it under their care for the past 2 years, they are either not competent or not honest. I can't say if that is fair or not but I also can't say I would ever recommend calling them

The experience with George Brazil and co went fine.

The last company I used was George Brazil and it was positive. I thought they were very efficient because at the same time they were putting on a new air conditioner, they had to coordinate the new roof going up at the same time. And I think they did a good job in that because they both done the same day actually. I would recommend them. They were a little bit a higher price point but the quality was there to match the price point.

They are always on time and they are professional. If you asked them to put on booties, they will. I have spent a lot of money like a year or so ago and they said that because of this, it was like over $800 and they said that I would be a VIP customer and for the next couple of years, they would come out every six months, but every time they come, they would find something. The last time they came they said that air conditioners only last for 10 to 11 years. My house would be 11 years old in September. He goes that I would have to replace it and we are talking about thousands of dollars which I do not have. He said that he could put a part in for 800 and some dollars that might get me a little more time. I talked to my son about it and he said to forget it. He said that we will wait until it dies and then, we will do something about it because I do not have the money and my son shares ownership of the house with me. They were knowledgeable. They explained everything. They were professional. They are always dressed clean. They do not come in dirty, but they get a percentage of what they could sell. All of them do so they are going to try and sell you something. Because I know they are so expensive and if my air conditioner goes out, I would not call them.

There was no quote up front. Once the issue was fixed I was presented with a bill for 370 dollars for 30 minutes work and a $1 part. I refused to sign the bill since there was no quote given. Bill was $170 for troubleshooting and $200 charge to tighten the loose ground and install the receptacle. This menu of items from which the base pricing doesn't provide fair pricing. I refused to sign and asked to speak to a manager since I wasn't provided a quote prior to service. ** I would never have paid $200 to get a receptacle added** He removed the receptacle charge and I paid the $170 I chose them because everyone else I called had a long backlog and wanted immediate service. Be very careful of pricing if you choose to use them, I won't use them again unless I don't have another choice.

It went excellent. They sent two people and it was done in 10 hours. Got it all done in one day. The plumbing took a few hours with one guy.

It worked out very well. The price was high. The quality of work was excellent. Their responsiveness was very good. Their punctuality was good. They were very professional.

I scheduled an a/c tune-up using their anniversary special. I knew I would need more freon. And of course he said an expensive little part needed to be replaced, which he quickly did.

We still use George Brazil. They've been excellent for us both in heating and aid conditioning. They're due back hear to check the heating system. We had them for two or three years now. They come do a check in the Spring or a check in the Fall, whatever system is up next. We have a three years' service agreement on it. Its $50-$60 a unit. We got two units. They check the units, starting capacitors, things along that line and how well it's putting AC out or heat out. If anything does need to be serviced being we're under their service contract, we get a 20% discount on any parts that they have to put in. Their honesty and their diagnostic ability stands out. They're not going to fix something that doesn't need to be fixed.

I took advantage of the advertised (AZ Republic) special $19.55 A/C tune-up, and Nathan Soudani did the work. Wow. This is exactly the type of service professional you want to take care of your home. It's clear that Nate loves his work and operates in the best interest of the customer. Since I was interested, Nate explained what he was doing every step of the way as he checked the indoor and outdoor components of my system. It received a clean bill of health, but Nate explained the symptoms I could expect to notice as components wear out over time. I now have a better understanding of my A/C system, my system is tuned up and I had a great customer service experience---all for the advertised price and without any pressure whatsoever to pay more. I recommend George Brazil for an A/C tune-up and suggest you ask for Nate by name when you call.

They took three days to show up to unplug a drain and then they charged me more than they said they would. I was not happy with their service and I would not use them again. I think they were recommended by relatives or I saw their ad on TV. They said they would unplug the drain for $99 and when they got here, they said, I have an inside deal and not an outside plumbing deal so it will be about $85 or $100 more. It was actually easy to do it from inside because there is more room than there is outside, so it was just ridiculous. The drain was plugged up and they said they are a 24-hour service and I called them a Friday or Saturday and they showed up on Monday or Tuesday. It was just not a good deal. The other thing was I called him thinking they were local because he had a San Tan number but he had to get here from a place that is eighteen miles away.

They came on a holiday weekend and they didn't charge extra. They even offered to come that night but I didn't want them on the roof at night. They had to come back a second time and didn't charge me. Their professionalism was very nice.

They were punctual and they do a good job.

I have been using them for years now. They are very punctual. They discuss your options with you and give you choices. I have no problems with scheduling an appointment.

I called on Friday for service, and they said they would come Saturday, between 1:00-5:00 p.m, at 3:00, I called to see how much longer and they said it would be closer to 5:00, I rescheduled for Monday morning, another 4 hr time frame 8:00-12:00, at 12:00, they still had not showed up. I called and they did not have me scheduled. No phone call to let you know nothing.

I got them from Angie's List. They were amazing! They were professional as I could ever hope for. It is something that I could expect from people but we don't always get from people. These guys were great! They were out the next day and I think the only reason they weren't out that night was because they were booked solid so the quickness in which they responded was pretty amazing.

It was great. We have a contract with them. They do good work but their prices are high.

It went fine for a while. Then we had another problem. I believe we had a bad technician who was really not out to help us. I contacted the corporate offices and spoke to manager Vinny. I talked to him about our problem and he assured me that Brazil wants 100% satisfaction from their customers. I told him I felt I had been overcharged for the first repair by a bad technician. I had substantiation that it had been a higer than normal charge. Vinny sent me a refund of exactly what I had believed was the overcharge. I am an attorney who used to do some contract work and reputable companies operate like Brazil. They do remedial actions to insure their customers are happy. I would definitely use Brazil again and I would urge anyone who ever has a problem with Brazil to contact Vinny.

I think it went really well. They were on time, neat, clean, and courteous. Their prices were competitive and what they installed worked very well.

They found capacitors in the ac unit failing and replaced as well as a regulator in the heat handler & leaking capacitor.

We has a problem with our AC, as it stopped working. We called and a tech was sent out. The tech said we had a leak in our system, and the coolant was low by about 10 pounds. We were also told we needed a whole new AC unit, even though our unit was less than 5 years old. The tech was very nice and polite, but he clearly was over selling us on things we didn't need to jack up the price. We had another company that was referred to us from a friend. That company came out and took a great deal of time troubleshooting the issue. The tech from George Brazil recommended that we NEEDED a new unit. Our unit is only 4 years old. The other company found the root cause of the issue, and it was not the unit itself, but a value that was creating a blockage. The tech from George Brazil also told us we didn't have enough coolant to run the unit. Again the other company actually checked to see how much coolant we actually had, and then added in the amount of coolant we needed. That ended up being about a half a pound. The tech from George Brazil was recommended a $8000 cost to replace our AC unit and add coolant. None of that was the case at all, and the total cost to get our AC running again about about 15% of that cost. I feel I was purposefully mislead to get more money out of me. Upon further investigation, it turns out many companies work on a sales base system. So the service people make the most money if they produce more service. I don't know if that is how George Brazil works, but they assured us we needed $8000 worth of work, when we really didn't. That isn't good at all! I'm glad we were able to find another company that was honest, experienced and knowledgable so we paid what we really needed to pay, and only had fixed was we needed to be fixed. It's not cool when companies mislead people just to get the most money out of a customer. That is what I feel Precision Air did to us now that everything is said and done.

They (company call center, not repairman) rescheduled even though it was a clogged toilet, which was annoying. The repairman who came to perform the work was very professional, prompt, and polite however. We love he wore booties in the house and was respectful. But they charge far too much. Had we had an opportunity to use someone else we would've.

He was very professional. They did a great job.

Fantastic service. John, the technician showed up right on time, called 15 minutes prior to let me know he was on the way. He walked me through exactly what the APS advanced A/C tune-up entails and took care of everything. John was friendly, extremely professional and provided a great service for my home. There are a few things on the system I need to take care of and I will go back to George Brazil because of the great service I received. Thanks John T., John C.
