I spent $8600 on that work. The price was cheaper or about the same price as the rest of them. Their discount was pretty good and I got over $3000 off on the price. They have 3 years of bi-annual checkups. They have lifetime warranty on the compressor. They were on time.

The technician, Ryan, came to my house, worked diligently and efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. He was here for about 4 hours. I commend Ryan on the excellent job he did, and would be happy to have him back. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I have many rental units and use a number of AC companies in AZ (Mesa, Gilbert, Florence). This company is the worst by far. They have free service call specials that suck you in and when the AC breaks in AZ you need someone fast. When nobody else can make it out same day I brace myself and call them. I know I'll pay at least 300% more but on a $50 job sometimes its worth the same day service. I had an AC unit that was tripping. Guy from Brazil came out and told me the panel had the wrong breaker, 20 AMP instead of the 35 AMP recommended. Problem solved ... no. He claimed my compressor was busted and I needed a new AC for $6k with a special deal of $5k. Otherwise the tenants would not have AC. My only other option was to pay $600 for a capacitor now and get a new unit tomorrow. When I said I wanted a second opinion he went into pressure mode using the tenants telling them landlord is cheap if he didn't get a new AC. I had two other companies come out next day and agree the problem was a $40 breaker. The unnecessary capacitor should have cost $100 and not $600. Just changing the breaker was never an option. This is not the first time I've paid 3-4 times what something should cost. Please do yourself a favor and call someone else. This guy made a $100 problem into a $5k problem using my tenants as bait. Very unprofessional and not appreciated. Expensive doesn't begin to describe these guys, more like robbery with a touch of extortion.

It is a prepaid service, I've paid three years out. They seem very good, honest and ethical. They've never tried to upgrade us or sell us a new unit, they seem to be honest and straight forward.

They are high pressure sales people not qualified technicians. The come out to do a seasonal inspection at a low price and scare you into signing a service contract. Their overhead is huge as they advertised in color everyday in the AZ Republic and they sell, sell, sell. Their tech installed the wrong parts and damaged our AC unit. Check their references, they have complaints. Stay away from them. They are crooks.

I thought that the price was high, however, they were a professional organization. They were efficient and quick and they were on time. I would recommend them to others. I will use them again.

Brazil exceeded my expectations, they were fantastic! They are knowledgeable and friendly and I was completely at ease with them working in my home. They were finished quickly and my new unit works perfectly with no problems at all.

Awful! I was shocked at how unskilled the tech was, what a rip-off he perpetrated, and how high-pressure his tactics were.

I called him, and he came within a matter of hours. He replaced the thermostat at no charge. The service was absolutely excellent. Steve Foster was punctual, personable and professional. I can't say enough good things about him. Highly recommend.
