Description of Work: Acid etched and cleaned the garage floor of oil and debris. Applied a seal coat and then the color coat. Took three days altogether. Crew ("Junior" and Narberto),front office and salesman (Tom)were very professional and responsive. Sent you an email each night announcing when the next crew would show up and what they would be doing. Job had a few minor imperfections and they cheerfully repaired these. Couldn't ask for better service. Everyone told me the price was high, but I thinkyou get what you pay for. The experience made the price worthwhile.

Description of Work: The company coated our flagstone patio. We have tried various coatings on our flagstone and none lasted more than 3 months. This company provides a 5 year warranty on their work. They removed the prior coatings prior to applying the sealer. The process took about 3 days. They were very responsive to our requirements as we had a party scheduled for New Years Eve. They promised to have the deck ready by then and they came through. |A couple of weeks after completing the job, they called to see how the deck looked. There were a few spots that were missed and the crew came out and fixed those. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism.

In addition, they are part of a national company, so I felt that their warranty meant more to me (i.e. a warranty means nothing if a small local company goes out of business). It was a two day job, and they arrived promptly on both days and left the place spotless. Very professional in their explanation of the process from the point of estimate to job completion. I am extremely satisfied with the result.
