Very professional. They came out promptly, and we discussed replacing the springs. Upon a quick inspection, he noticed the line was frayed badly on one side and advised replacement. He told me I could wait until it snapped, but that it would cost another service call. We just went ahead and did it. Lifetime warranty on springs is useful if you plan on staying a while, some places offered this, but wanted ~$100 more for the lifetime one.

Very responsive. He fit me into his schedule the same day I called. Very friendly, very knowledgable. Because the Angie's list add was unclear (price for one spring vs. two), he offered to replace both springs for same price ($159). Most unusual--I would normally expect the upsell! He changed the springs in no time and had my garage door working again. Because of his excellent service and demeanor, I also had him replace my rollers for an additional $66. Made my garage door quieter than it has ever been. He also lubricated the rollers and checked the spring on my single garage door. Very professional, very honest. Very satisfied customer.

We researched repair companies through Angie's list to make our decision on who to call. We called at about 2:00 and we were pleasantly surprised that Wes was able to repair it on the same day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. In no way did he try to sell us anything except exactly what we needed - the springs. I appreciate someone who deals with us honestly and I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who asks.

We ordered their coupon promotion to fix our garage door springs and could not have been more pleased with their service. Purchased the coupon in the morning and Weston and his team were here by the late afternoon to fix the door. They worked quickly and did a great job.

Phone answered on second ring @ 07:30 on a Saturday morning. He scheduled service for same day between 12-3 pm, Service provider called at 11:30 to confirm 12:00 arrival time. I advised him I was at a pet food store and may be 35-40 minutes. No issues. Arrived home at 11:55, he was parked out front. He came in with his ladder and tools, confirmed what he needed to do, quoted a price to complete the work and he started immediately. He finished the repair timely and had his invoice prepared at the agreed upon price. He met all of my expectations for repair at the agreed upon price, and thanked me for my business as he left. He left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I highly recommended Garage Door Solutions.

When I realized that one of my tension springs had snapped, I contacted Garage Door Solutions. Although it was a last minute request, they were at my door within an hour and I was on my way about 30 minutes later. The price was right and the service was impeccable. It was fantastic from start to finish. The company contacted us within ten minutes of purchasing the deal, they showed exactly on time, and they did a great job in all respects. Additionally, they provided honest feedback in that they recommended the door could go for another ten years before needing to be replaced.

So I we bought the deal Saturday afternoon because we had a broken spring. I picked out the my 3 days and waited for contact. Message was waiting for me in a matter of minutes. Super fast. We choose Wednesday but I added a note that I would be available on Sunday if they had any cancellations. They confirmed for Wednesday morning and I was set for that date. Sunday (day later after purchasing the deal) they called and said if I was available they would be in my area. I took them up on the offer and they gave me a 3 hour window and I believe he said a 30 minute call ahead. I may have missed the call ahead but he did arrive at the top of the timeframe which is always a plus. Led him to the garage and he said he would take it from there. He completed the task quickly and even fixed the track that was slightly bent. Awesome for not upselling me a whole new track. He went over what he did and called out one concern that may develop over time which was a small dent on the first and second panel. He explained what would need to be done if were to become a problem but wasn't trying to sell me anything. my wife heard the conversation and joined in as I was the one who put the dent because I didn't put my car in park on day and it tapped the garage door causing the dent. It was a funny exchange and we had a good laugh. Awesome job all the way around. Good price, quality work and great customer service. I would recommend and use them again.

Wess was great! I contacted him on January 5th, he sent a brochure of the doors available at the $600 install price range. I decided on an insulated door instead (for noise reduction) with traditional style, nothing fancy. He came to inspect the current door and garage opener, found everything was OK. I gave him a deposit on the 8th and he installed the new door, railings and did his final inspection on the 10th. It only took about 2 and a half hours. Everything works great, there's more head clearance than the original garage door, and it's so much quieter! If I end up moving or need any repairs I'll definitely call Wess again.

Contacted Weston through Angie's List and he responded immediately. He was able to provide same-day service with professionalism and efficiency. I wish every home repair contact could be this prompt and hassle-free!

After purchasing the deal off Angie's List, I promptly received an email. I was able to schedule a day and time frame to conduct an initial inspection of the garage door. They were on time. We were also able to do the garage door installation the next day. The installation of the garage went well except when Weston tried to "upsell" his services. I don't typically mind the concept of upselling but I didn't appreciate the way Weston approached it. I realize my garage door was old which is why I replaced it. I also realize that the opener isn't new and could use a replacement. Weston tried to scare me by stating that my opener will destroy the new garage door if I didn't fix a sprocket in the unit. He stated that he couldn't reconnect the opener to the door because it will void the warranty. He also stated that the opener will drive the door right into the concrete. Weston offered to repair the sprocket for me for a low price of $150. As an informed consumer, I know that I can procure a new garage door opener from Sears for approximately $150. So I questioned why I would spend that much money on repairing an old opener when I could put it towards a new opener. At this point, Weston changed his tune and offered to install a new opener for $275. It was too late though. I lost interest and trust that he was providing me accurate information. I told Weston I felt like I was being "nickel and dimed" as well as being upsold in the wrong direction. This really upset Weston. Sorry. I was being completely honest. I'm not trying to be the only person providing a negative review on Garage Door Solutions. I'm hoping that I just caught Weston on a bad day. We all have bad days. I had to rate Weston's professionalism with a low score based on his performance. First off, you should never argue with your customer. Just offer service/products and if declined don't take it personally. Secondly (and probably most importantly), don't accuse your customer of trying to get a free garage door opener in front of his wife. Seriously. Weston told my wife that I was arguing with him to try to get a free opener. He also called me a "stubborn mule". LOL! I actually think that one is funny. It's just too bad because I own several properties and was hoping to replace a few more garage doors and openers before the end of the year. Most of my homes were built around the same year so everything is failing around the same time. It is also difficult to find good contractors to refer out to friends, customers, and family. I won't be going out of my way for Garage Door Solutions or Weston. Sorry. You have other good reviews so as I stated earlier, I hope I just caught you on a bad day.

The spring broke on my garage door yesterday, Sunday, afternoon. I had just joined Angie's list a day or so before and decided this morning to check it out. Within a few minutes I had decided on Garage Door Solutions based on the good comments and the price. I called and reached the person who would be doing the work and made an appointment for this afternoon between 1 & 4. He came earlier than I expected within the timeframe. He was very pleasant and professional, and obviously knew his work. The spring was replaced and he made sure the door was working properly. The door had been popping when closing which had been going on for a few years so I asked if he could check into that. It was a loose hinge so he fixed that at no extra cost. No more popping!! He also lubricated all the door hinges. All of this only took him about 30 minutes. I am really pleased with how easily this little disaster was dealt with. If I ever need garage door work again, I will definitely call him.

This is the second time we called this company with a garage door emergency, and they were exceptionally responsive. When your garage door is stuck open or stuck closed, you have a problem tht needs to be remedied the same day. This company came out the day we called them, and fixed the problem professionally, and as quoted.

My garage door wouldn't work this morning and I could not fix it following youtube instructions. Called Garage Door Solutions and they were here within about an hour. Efficient, courteous, careful and clean service provided in exceptionally good humor. They had the door open in no time and gave me several alternatives for repair or replacement, all at good price. As the opener was 20 years old I decided to install a full new opener and new rollers. The service was perfect and the price attractive. I am keeping their business card and will have them instal new weather stripping at some point. Highly recommend.
