I went very well. I made contact on a Wednesday afternoon and the doors were changed out on Friday. The new doors look great and function perfectly.

I got a call almost immediately after purchasing the deal through Angie's List. We found a mutually agreeable time and set up the appointment. Garage Door Solutions arrived promptly, got right to work, was very personable and informative, and all is well! It was a very pleasant experience. Hopefully I won't need any major repairs in the future, but I would definitely hire them again.

They arrived within the time frame quoted. They listened while I explained the minor problems I was having with the door, then fixed those problems and lubed the door. They provided tips on lubing the door myself and how to protect the sensor from problems with direct sunlight.

The opener was 30 years old and would not close all the way. The opener was an "Automatic Doorman", a brand no longer available. Weston showed up on time and he said the motor was weak and that's why the opener would hang up. I figured that it couldn't be repaired so we decided to replace it. Weston said the rest of the equipment (door itself, rollers, etc.) was fine. He got to work an hour or so later, the job was done! Weston was a pleasure to deal with. I hope I don't need garage door repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I'm calling Garage Door Solutions. This the way to run a small business.

I called late in the afternoon advising that my garage door would not close. I asked for and was given some quick troubleshooting steps over the phone. Turns out it was a loose sensor that I adjusted myself over the phone and resolved the issue! I appreciate the time Garage Door Solutions took in providing quick troubleshooting steps prior to me scheduling an unnecessary appointment and being charged a service fee.

I called at 10:30 in the morning and Weston was able to work me into the schedule that day. He arrived at my house on time , was professional and completed the work in less than an hour.

Excellent! He was early, the work was done quickly and he tightened up a screw that was apparently causing our door to be extra noisy! I had a tune up done by another company that told me it was normal noise so I'm happy he fixed this in addition to the second roller for a fair price!

Great, came on short notice and had a special to replace both springs and the rollers. Could not be more pleased.

Wes showed up about 2 hours after I called which was awesome actually took me by surprise as he was at the very beginning of his service window. We are getting the property ready to put on the market and Wes did his best to make the door look great from the outside and in. He attempted to fix our existing opener but the track and screw on the Genie was broken so I made the decision to replace it with a new on. The price of the opener was fair since it included installation.

A+ rating started when I sent a msg through Angie's List around 11pm & got an almost immediate reply saying he could be over the next morning btw 8-11. I certainly didn't expect a reply that late at night or even next morning service. Once here, (he called a little before 8 & was here before 8:30) he explained that he's an owner/operator business so if he wants to stay in business he answers msg's asap. When he saw the damage to my garage door he explained various options from trying to bend it back (unk if it would work), trying to locate a replacement panel (he wasn't sure, but thought that door was no longer built so panel may not be avail) & having a new door installed (he gave me a price). While he was telling me the options, he was working at bending the door back to see if it might work. I told him I like him to try bending it back to see if it could be & how bad it would still look & if that didn't work we'd discuss the other options. He worked at it for maybe 30 mins & it looks & works great. He could have easily made me believe the other options were the only options but he didn't. He was honest & put effort into fixing it. He noted that the rollers were loud & obnoxious so he lubricated them. He told me I had premium rollers & those shouldn't make that kind of noise so after lubricating each roller & each moving part he looked the door over for the source of the noise & found it. It was a clamp connected to the outside lock that ran along the track when the door opened. He changed a $50 service fee & $45 labor. When I called him, I envisioned having to buy a new door for several hundred dollars. It's working great now & looks good (not new, there's still a crease in the door) & it was done for under $100. Thanks Garage Door Solutions. I hope I never have to see you again but if I have a need, it will definitely be you that I call.

All I can say was Weston was a real professional who went right to work and found out what the problem was with the garage door in opening and closing and fixed it. He represented his company very well and I would not hesitate to use him again as well as tell my neighbors about him. He knows his field very well. I even was going to buy an extra garage door remote from him but he would not sell it to me since he said the home link was able to be used and there was no reason to but it!!! That my friends is an "HONEST" business owner who could have made additional money but refused as it was not necessary. There are very few professionals like that around anymore in my opinion. Weston is honest and has great integrity and would do business with him again. Just so I did not forget his number I asked him for some labels and as soon as he left I plastered them by the garage door opener, on the garage door inside and by the lift master motor itself so he will be called upon first. If you want an efficient professional with high integrity call Weston the guy in the field you can trust for your garage door problems.

I used Garage Door Solutions about 6 months ago when the springboard snapped in half, trapping both our cars in the garage. Weston was out there the same day and got everything fixed within an hour. I had to call Weston again when our van hit our garage door and he came out the next day, on time and was able to fix everything again in about an hour. He seems very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work, I would recommend him to anyone. His prices are very fair for the work he is doing, to repair the door and put in a strut because the door is now slightly bent was only 200 dollars.

It was fine. It took a little longer than I hoped. It took two days because they didn't have the appropriate parts. The service was fine for what they did. I wish they could've completed it in one day instead of two. I didn't spend more than the "Big Deal" I purchased. They did everything that they said they were going to do. The technician was helpful and polite. He just didn't have the proper equipment on the truck.

This was an excellent experience. I filled out a service request on Angie's list and received a response within a few minutes. We established a time to meet within a few days. Wes arrived a few minutes early, reviewed the situation and immediately provided a quote for the job. All of my questions were answered and a date for the job was set for the following week. He could have performed the job earlier if desired. On the day of the job, Wes again arrived at the set time, installed with new door in just about two hours. It looks great and I couldn't be happier. He took care to prevent damage to my car and cleaned up after himself. I just wish all home repairs/construction could be done so painlessly and professionally. I will definitely use Wes again and highly recommend him to others.

Wes was great! He came the same day I requested a quote, which was fair and provided all the parts I needed. He installed the opener quickly and efficiently. When my daughter left a broom by the door, which got stuck and through the door off the track, he came out the same morning I called and fixed it with in 30 minutes. I would recommend them to everyone!

Awesome! Spring broke on 4th of July. Two cars stuck in garage. We called thinking we would have to set up appt for Monday. Weston came out within a couple of hours on the 4th and was done in a flash. Highly recommend.
