I am very satisfied with their work. They said they would be at my home in 30 minutes, and they arrived on time. They replaced the 2 springs and then left. When lowering the garage door after I parked the car, the door came down to about an inch off the ground and went back up again. I called them and they came right back, did some adjusting (at no extra charge) and now the door closes completely. I highly recommend them for your job!

I talked to Weston earlier today and he said he could stop by tomorrow to take a look. He ended up freeing up some time and said he could do it today so he was able to enter my property via my lockbox and he proceeds to diagnose the problem and fix all the issues. There were cables that were not connected to the sensors, there were some other alignment issues he fixed and literally charged me $95 when all was said and done and did a fabulous job!! I literally paid more for my home warranty company deductible $125) to try to bamboozle me to buy a fancy overpriced new garage door. Now Weston did say that if I were to have any additional problems in the future I may need to replace some other parts, but he was honest, reliable, just what I needed. It’s so refreshing to know that there are honest companies out there, and I thank both Angie’s List & the members for their reviews, which is why I was ADAMANT ABOUT DOING A REVIEW TODAY so I wouldn’t put it off and make sure I properly acknowledged a great company and great effort. Great companies need to have us stand up for them and vouch for them! Thank you, Weston, and Garage Door Solutions for making my day and saving me $2000!!! I have multiple rentals and will call your company every time!

It went great, he contacted us immediately, contacted to get details, gave a time he would come, he texted early that he could come earlier than planned, he pointed out the problem, which required no replacement or repair, he is very knowledgeable and prompt,and cost effective.

It went Excellent. Weston/Garage Door Solutions was prompt, courteous, friendly, and provided additional information from the questions I asked. In addition I requested my rollers to be replaced with the service and upon inspection he gave his expert opinion that the rollers that were in place were still good to go and there was no need for replacement. That is great customer service in giving a true assessment if additional parts need to be replaced or not. I would definitely recommend!

Weston had the best price out there, which was a fair price. He recommended upgrading from one spring to 2. He had them on his truck stock. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate mine and he was at my place on time. He was professional and quick. No additional work was required just the spring replacement. I think he was done in 30 min. I am happy with the work Garage Door Solution has done. Absolutely recommended.

Fabulous. They gave us a quote over the phone assuming we had normal sized doors. He came out and measured our doors which, weren't standard, but he ordered the right size, found the same color, and charged only a small amount more than originally quoted due to the increased cost of the custom door. Everything was clear. He took 1/2 payment to order the doors, called me when they were ordered with an estimated date for installation. I got a call the day they arrived at the warehouse, they were installed 2 days later. Quick, quiet, and professional. we are so happy with our entire experience! Highly recommended. We replaced both garage doors, both openers with lighting. Fabulouos!

Wes was suppose to be here at around 1 pm , he called and said he was delayed & wouldn't be here till 2:30. It was actually 3 pm when he arrived. I showed him what the door was doing and he said he would have it fixed in a few minutes. It needed a new trolley, because the teeth on the old one were worn off, He explained it very well to me, as well as making showing me and making sure I understood how to open the door manually if I ever needed to. He was correct about the time to fix my door. It took 10 minutes tops. He greased the trolley & it runs quieter than it ever has. I will definitely call this company again if the need arises. I am very happy with them. He also gave me a 5% discount for finding him through Angie's List.

I called Weston in the morning and he came that same afternoon to replace the broken springs. He was right on time and took only 20-30 minutes to do the job. He even provided a lifetime warranty on the new springs.

Wes did an excellent job. He explained my options. The door rolls better and is so quiet. I am so glad I upgraded the opener. The old was was installed in 1993 so it was only a question of time before it failed. I am very happy with the work and warranty given.

I give Garage Door Solutions my highest recommendation. I spoke to Weston, the owner, and told him one of my springs just broke, and wanted to see if he could give me a price and make an appointment to come and do the replacement. It was Saturday, at 330 PM. Weston was kind enough to come immediately to my home and did the replacement. Incredible customer service. He replaced both springs for the 'exact' price he had on his website. As a comparison, I called another local company that is pretty popular, and does a lot of mail advertising. Over the phone, they gave me an estimate that was TWICE the price....Yes, 2X. Also, I took advantage of Garage Door Solutions Angie List special, which was to have premium rollers installed for an additional $25.00 (These were high end rollers, and he installed 10). He took the time to explain everything he was doing and it was very obvious he knows what he was doing as he performed the work.. I now have 2 new springs, and 10 new rollers that have made my garage door very quiet... You will not be sorry using Garage Door Solutions... I am an Angie List user for a long time...and this was one of the best experiences I have had with any company I have used..

Weston and his team did a great job. He actually replied to me over the weekend which impressed me. I had called another company for comparison and the other company never even called back. They cleaned up most of the leftover debris but left a few u-tacks on the floor, but thats the only critique I have. Good reliable professional work would definitely hire them again. Love our new garage system its really quiet now.

Called Garage Door Solutions at 11:50 and left a message that I the cables on my garage door were frayed. Weston called me back within 10 minutes and let me know that it would cost $95 to replace them and that he could come out and take care of it today. He was at my house within the hour and the job was completed about 30 minutes after that. Very good service and would recommend to anyone that is needs any kind of work done on their garage door.

Weston was courteous, professional, responsible, a man of integrity, and cleaned up very well after he was finished. The price was very fair and I would highly recommend him.
