I called Garage Door Solutions this morning for service. Phone was answered promptly by Owner Weston. I expected next week appointment. I just bought a house and garage door weather-stripping was worn out and partly missing. I was concerned about flooding, creepy crawlers, etc. Weston scheduled me for same day; this afternoon. Weston arrived as promised and promptly went to work. Everything was done as requested, and as explained by Weston. The exterior, keyless entry pad is easy to operate, and he put entry pad in a location that was not in direct sun and not visible from the street. When I pointed out an air gap at bottom corner of door, he tinkered with the door, motor, and weather-stripping until the gap was gone. Weston's attention to detail and customer service was superb. Final bill was same as the quote to the penny - $99.00 for Angie's List tune-up, and $75.00 for weather-stripping. I highly recommend Garage Door Solutions, and from now on will schedule my garage door opener for annual maintenance with Garage Door Solutions!

I was about to head to work when my garage door spring broke. I thought that I could open the garage door myself, but it was impossible. Called GDS and they were able to come out same-day and fix it for me. Good price and service.

Technician showed up right on time. Prepared and efficient. He was done and ready to explain our new remotes. NICE.....

Weston came within a couple hours of my call Saturday afternoon. He arrived when he said he would. He removed the broken/old springs and installed new ones quickly but deliberately. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. He was very pleasant and explained why he was doing what he was doing as he worked. I felt very comfortable with him and his work. He finished much faster than I expected and charged much less than the competition. He warrantied the springs for my lifetime. This was the first time I used Angies List. I joined to find a garage door repair company and I am very happy I did.

I could not have been more pleased. He recommended that I replace both springs even though one had broken. He charged the same as everyone else charged for replacing only one spring. He said that replacing only one spring (which everyone else would have done) was not a good idea because I'd have one old and one new spring. They could be mis-matched, and the old one could break later. I really appreciated the extra knowledge and excellent service.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday, Mother's Day no less, and we knew better than to manually open it with broken springs. We both needed our cars Monday morning so we called Garage Door Solutions knowing it would be a long shot to meet our deadline. Weston answered the phone right away and we set up an appointment on the spot. He agreed to perform the service call at 6:00 AM Monday morning so the work would be complete in plenty of time for us to get to work. Weston showed up right on time and performed the work himself. The repairs were made quickly and professionally, without any upcharge for the very early start time. We have no complaints whatsoever.

I very much appreciated Winston's call from the site to discuss the problem but moreover, the solution! Garage Door Solutions was able to very quickly a**** and address the problem... at the end of the day it was because of Garage Door Solution's great customer service that I have a very happy tenant.
