Gary was very responsive and the only appraiser that would appraise our home. Three other appraisers showed up only to say they couldn't appraise our home. If I had one complaint it would be the appraisal came in lower than I had hoped, but that doesn't take away from how quickly and professional Gary completed the job.

Gary was great! He responded quickly to my inquiry and was personable, professional and always in communication with me. We had a very short escrow and Gary was able to come out in short notice and get the appraisal done on time! This was a very different experience from trying to work with a big escrow company who has middle men trying to set up everything. Being able to work directly with Gary was great and with my time sensitive time frame I felt confident the job would get done. His rates are also competitive. I would highly recommend Gary for appraisal services.
