Mr. Freese appraisal was so full of major mistakes, omissions and errors that we found his report unbelievable and worthless. I.E. He missed that the house was located in a upgraded area ( On a private golf course ). Over $ 50,000 dollars of maintence and upgrades in the last few years ( New water filter system, water main and toilets, etc. ) Exact same house down the street sold for $ 209,500. recently. AZ taxed at $159,700 for 2014 & $175,500. for 2015. Average sale price of 36 homes in that area $ 206,631. His appraisal was $143,500. SHOCKING!!!
