FUTON FAVORITE

Description of Work: I needed a new full size mattress for my futon and bought the most expensive one in the store. I paid an additional $50 to have it delivered and set up. When the delivery man was putting my new mattress inside my sofa cover, I noticed that there wasn't a cover on the mattress. Like a mattress that you use on your bed, it has tufts in it and if you don't want to feel these tufts, you put a mattress pad on over your mattress. When I sit on my new futon mattress, I can feel these tufts, especially on my back. I called the owner, Tom, and asked him why the mattress didn't come with a cover. He said that it would be extra for a cover. I wish that he would have told me that when I was in his store the first time. If I now want a cover, I would have to pay another $50 to have someone come out and re do everything. The owner was very nice when I first met him, but when I called him on the phone, he gave me the brush off. So, If you buy a futon mattress or any mattress that has sewn-in tufts, buy a mattress pad.
