Fullers Cabinet Co

Fuller did not order our product until weeks after we were told his order was placed and several weeks after receiving our deposit. We were not given a stained panel to approve, as promised, till after he had stained most of the cabinet doors. Color was WAY to red. Absolutely NONE of the work was done within the numerous time frames he gave us. On several dates when scheduled, NO one showed up or only worked for two hours then left for the day. Deposit made in March with a July 1st deadline as our wedding was on July 23rd. Job was finished on July 19th. Numerous travertine tiles were damaged by Jeff and his men and had to be replaced, filling the house with grinding dust. Numerous mistakes were made requiring replacement/repair drawing out the process. Only QC done was by us. Jeff made design changes without asking us. Jeff substituted Pine for Cherry on four (4) island legs. A few months after all work was completed, Jeff refused, in writing, to address a service problem. .
