FRONTIER APARTMENT MOVERS

We've used Frontier in previous moves - condo to storage - storage to house. Four years later, when we went looking again, we were delighted that Frontier was still well entrenched in the moving business. The guys even remembered my daughter with a and quot;Hey! We recognize you! Have we moved you before??and quot; The most recent process started on Angie's List. We used the and quot;Contactand quot; option to send Lynnette a description of what was wanted and she promptly responded with the quote detail we were needing. Note that we compared reviews and pricing against other service providers even though Frontier was known to us. It's important to do your due diligence. Lynnette was thorough and responsive, always communicating via email which pops into my smart phone. We traded all the necessary information including a final quote. I had questions about pricing, payment type, scheduling dates, additional fees [none BTW] and determined it would be best to go with an hourly rate structure. Their pricing was reasonable and competitive. On the date of the move, we got the promised 60-minute phone call [prior to them arriving at the first location]. They were prompt and ready to get started. Three guys, 2 to do the moving, the 3rd to stay with the vehicle at all times. Very impressed with that safety sensitivity. They got right to work, took instructions well and always double-checked with appropriate questions when clarification was necessary. Very VERY polite and respectful. They went to the extra effort to wrap padding around door jams [pretty slick the way they did that] to insure there would be no damage to the property(s) as they were taking large pieces through doorways. Based on distance, number of pieces and number of stops I anticipated at least a 3hr move time. They beat that time and would have easily have come under but not because they were in a rush. They were thorough, methodical and clearly experienced in how they handled every piece. Good communication between the two guys moving, they worked very well together and clearly enjoyed their jobs. I chose to extend their working time so they could help me reposition different pieces to work within the small apartment square footage. They never complained and Dan [guy in the truck] first confirmed they had enough wiggle-time to indulge me. They were worth paying for the extra 1/2 hr of time to put up with some of the placement challenges we had, especially since their hourly pricing was very reasonable. After using Frontier three different times, never with any difficulty or disappointment, we highly recommend this company. Moving is difficult no matter how you spin it. It's great to be able to work with people that have integrity, are straight-forward in their business practices and take pride in providing a quality service. They may be small but, in our opinion, they are MIGHTY fine people. Thanks to everyone in the Frontier working family for taking such good care of us.

As we are planning our current move, my husband asked me to find who we used the last time, because they were, and quot;by far, the bestand quot;. That's a lot. We don't even use a house cleaning service, because he is so particular. So, for him to say this, well, it holds a lot of weight. These guys did do an awesome job. They and quot;ranand quot; the entire time. They moved us fast, and very carefully. We have a lot of antique furniture and they were very careful. Not one thing was damaged. And, I remember that they were exceptionally polite. Back then, I did not use Angie's List, so I didn't rate them. But now that we are looking for someone to move us out of state, we are extremely disappointed that they do not do out of state. We highly recommend these guys.

We hired a team of three movers and paid by the hour because we were unsure how much we would be able to move ourselves before the date we had scheduled the moving company. They arrived well within the time frame agreed upon and worked quickly and carefully to get our goods moved. They moved all our large pieces from a 2400 sqf third floor condo down an elevator, made an additional stop to pick up items from a storage unit, transported it 40 miles, unloaded and placed our belongings in 8 hours. This was our third move in the last four years and this team was far more conscientious and efficient than the "big name" movers we used for cross country moves. We haven't noticed any significant damage to date and would highly recommend this company.

I HAD SEEN THESE GUYS MOVING ANOTHER APARTMENT AND THEY SEEMED TO BE CONSCIENTIOUS, SO I CALLED THEM WHEN I NEEDED TO MOVE. THEY WERE ON TIME, CLEAN, PLEASANT, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB MOVING A KING SIZE MATTRESS THROUGH SOME TIGHT STAIRWAYS. YOU CAN GET A PRICE QUOTE FROM THEIR WEBSITE. THEY ARE APPARENTLY A SMALL COMPANY. THE GUYS WHO MOVED MY STUFF WERE THE SAME ONES I HAD SEEN BEFORE, AND ARE THE SAME ONES PICTURED ON THEIR WEBSITE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
