Outstanding! Can't say enough good things about Norm and his work. Prices are good and quality is among the best we've ever had from any craftsman/builder/contractor. He is meticulous in his installation, adds whatever pipes, drains, couplings, etc, are needed. He was also nice and professional to work with, prompt. He researched AC and pump units for us and helped with the decision as to best for our situation while keeping cost in mind. He knows the industry well and is experienced in many aspects of HVAC, which makes him very qualified to decide on units for a given situation. Would recommend him highly.

+ -1 moreHe fixed and looked at our AC units and saved us lots of money over other quotes. He fixed our older Subzero and saved us lots of money over a repairman who had come recently and misdiagnosed the problem and wanted to charge us for things that were not a problem. This guy is so honest and hard working, it is like working with a personal family friend. He was able to obtain parts which were difficult to obtain at cost for us and came back and installed them at no extra cost.
Description of Work: Came same day, diagnosed problem correctly and obtained hard to obtain parts. He charged no fee to diagnose and correctly diagnosed the problem when a prior person had wanted to milk us for a new compressor which was not the problem. He saved us $1200 and correctly fixed the problem.
