He was great! He spent time with me and offered different solutions until we reached the desired effect. He even made a little pocket on the back of the frame to put the letter from the artist.

The staff helped me arrange this beautifully in a shadow box that was the perfect size. They worked with me on selection of the frame and matte. Their work on the matte was stunning. It wraps around the inside edges of the frame and I love it. The whole project is just outstanding. People who see it hanging in our home love it. I will be taking more projects there.

They were very good about answering my questions and letting me know that they weren't really what I had in mind. They were courteous and nice. I appreciated not having to drive over there and waste the time because it would have taken me over half an hour. They didn't try to kid me about what they could do. They were pleasant and communicated very clearly. Their pricing seemed very good for the work they would do. I made a mental note that they were good people but just not the right people for this job.

He had superb customer service. He exceeded in every way. He gave me a lot of options, and quoted a very fair price. He did an excellent job on the frame, and treated the frame/picture which was very sentimental to me with such care, I could not be happier. He was a joy to work with, his work is beautiful.

Alan discussed alternatives for hanging our rug, including alternatives that would not include any framing services from him. We chose to have it framed. He recommended covering it with glass to keep it clean. We were worried about the glass taking away from the look of the texture, etc., so he recommended museum glass. The museum glass is expensive, but it really is amazing in terms of being almost invisible, even in a room that normally has reflections on the glass. He clearly is a man who takes pride in his work -- an artist at what he does. The framed rug was completed within the estimate window. We are very pleased with how it turned out -- we think it is a very high quality job.
