 + 1 moreOur bathroom was built in 1979 and looked all of it. This year we decided to get it completely redone. Raised the sunken shower (was this a seventies thing?), rebuild the shower, replace the floor tile, drywall and vanity etc. Declan supervised a number of contractors - demo, plumbing, tile, shower (with tile), paint and electric. I got a text every day saying what was happening today. There was very little down time, when the demo was done, the drywall team was ready to move. The interplay between the different teams was very well done. We feel we got a new bedroom and bathroom and just love it. The price was right about where we guessed it was and there were no surprises. In my mind I have 5 different projects for my house over 5 years. Fox will probably get all of them.

Description of Work: We purchased a 20 year old home in a wonderful community and contracted with Declan and his team to do a total contemporary remodel including kitchens and baths, custom cabinetry and built-ins, wall removal and redesign, new flooring, garage cabinetry and epoxy flooring, electrical and plumbing improvements and new appliances.
