They are excellent. We called them early that morning and they were out in a couple of hours. We didn't even ask them to come out immediately. The gentleman was out pretty quickly. We use their company every year. They were punctual and very professional. They know what they are doing and they are very courteous.

I signed a service contract with this company in 2009 to have them come out every 6 months (before and after hot season) to service both of my heat pumps on the property. They've been excellent! Very professional and informative! I thought so much of them, I had them replace the main heat pump (we also have an apartment attached to our home that has its own). To be honest, I got an estimate or two that were below what they charge but because I know them so well, and know they do such a great job, I went with them. Having been burned in the past with service providers, I know how important it is to have the job done right the first time! Their tech, John, is awesome. He's a handyman that knows not just A/C but other aspects of home repair and has helped answer some questions for me in the past. That goes a long way as a first-time homeowner!
