FLOOR RENDITIONS

We have worked with Floor Renditions for several years and they have done multiple jobs for us -- re-carpeted the upstairs, tile in the master bedroom, wood flooring in the living room/family room. All work has been beautifully done. I especially like working with them -- they are very generous with samples and take lots of time helping you select the right products for your needs. I have to update my review. I had a different company come in and put in additional tile and carpet. It appears that the carpet I paid for is not what was installed. I would recommend people go to another company, I feel like quite the fool that I was "played". y It was a not so big job but, lots of "detail" such as step down stairs, baseboard that had to be cut for each step, etc. They did a great job! Their were two unfortunate things that happened, the person who installed the tile left his work area in a horrible, horrible mess and I had to clean it up (thin set left on tiles and up my freshly painted walls) and the carpet was installed when mother nature decided it was time to pour which made me a little nervous because they put my down filled furniture on the patio and yes, it did get wet. But, Joe offered to have the entry way cleaned and assured me if the feathers in the furniture dried out and smelled he would take care of it. So, how many people recognize the challenges that happened during a job and was willing to do what he could to make the customer happy. I believe to date there are two people who understand customer service, and they both can be found at this company. I recommend them to absolutely everyone, great pricing, great customer service and great follow up! There is nothing more a person needs to put their mind at ease when dealing with flooring.

Honestly, I can't say enough about this company. From start to finish, they were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and it did. They are extremely patient, (I looked at so many samples, I think I looked at everything and then some!) They even delivered samples to my home and came out and looked at them to give me their opinion. They weren't pushy, they weren't looked to give me the hard sell on anything which is something that normally drives me away from a company. Their goal is to make you happy and boy was/am I. The work was done on time and in a very professional manner. I am overjoyed with the work they did and would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them. I have had more compliments on the work they did than I can count and I always give their name out to anyone in need of this kind of work.

They were great. Very professional. On time and easy to work with. They are a small company. The owner Joseph Pilewicz is a very nice guy. Three guys arrived at 8:15 and were finished by 10:30. They had to move some heavy furniture outside. They had to break down the king size bed. They cleaned the baseboards with a damp cloth after the furniture was removed. They will do that upon request. There was problem with one of the tv's when they left. Joe came back the next day and fixed it. He said if there is any buckling or any problems to please call back. We had him look at the small 8 inch Mexican tile in our home with ideas to upgrade it to something more modern looking. He said don't touch it. It's perfect in your house. He could have sold us something but gave us an honest opinion instead and didn't try to sell us.

I love the wood floors, they are beautiful. The carpet is very nice and good quality. The standard padding is a surprise because it feels more padded than most standard padding from other carpet dealers. The only downside is that one of the workmen cracked a ceramic tile in one of the rooms while taking off the old baseboards and tried to say that it was already cracked. I know it wasn't because I painted that room 2 days before the install and the tile was fine. I was a bit concerned that he didn't want to take responsibility for it. I repaired it myself. They were very prompt and professional.

The men that came were late, and if my husband wasn't there, they would have cut a lot of corners. That part wasn't good. You can't trust them when they are on their own. It turned out very good, but we had to fight with them because we asked for a specific design in our fireplace and they said they could not use them. They were mad, and they figured out how to do what we wanted, but if we didn't how to what we wanted, I think they would have done what they wanted and not what we wanted.

We had them come out to give us an estimate for some carpet repair work: replace a 1' x 3' patch of stained carpet with extra carpet that we have, and stretch and re-tack 2 other areas where the carpet meets tile. They were very nice and professional, but we were astonished at the price - over $600. I can't imagine this work taking longer than 3-4 hours especially for a professional who does this day in and day out. We were able to locate another carpet repair guy who charged us a flat $100 for the work and he did a great job.

I love this company. This is the third project I've had them do in my house, and they're wonderful. Very customer-oriented, friendly and very good pricing. Shyene has endless patience in helping you pick out colors, styles, etc. Jordan is very experienced in construction and was on the job every day checking on progress. Tony was the crew boss, and is clearly a craftsman - he did a very intricate pattern in contrasting tiles in my shower and around the tub which are exquisite. He does beautiful tile work, and offered a lot of practical advice on other aspects of the job. The follow up service is great too, with Jordan or Tony coming back as needed to tweak water pressure issues in the plumbing, filling in as the grout dries/settles. Floor Renditions also did all the custom tile and carpet on the first floor of our house, the granite counter tops and granite hearth; Tony tiled my back patio last year. You'll love them!
