What a wonderful service company. It started when I called to schedule and was treated like an old friend by the lady I spoke to who was very forthcoming about the cost of cleaning my sofa. We scheduled the appointment, and then she called the day before the appointment to confirm. They arrived on time and were so friendly and professional. The sofa had not been cleaned before, and it looks like new now after 10 years of use and two cats. I rent my unit, and am not sure when the carpets were last cleaned, but they also look like new now. As advertised, they did the baseboards in all areas which is a great service. The work cost more than I had thought, but it is really worth the extra money. I have used less expensive companies, and the work reflected that. I am also impressed with their cleaning products. My place smells so fresh and clean now. They handled my furnishings and belongings very conscientiously without causing even the slightest sign of damage to anything. I am so impressed that I plan to have them back to do the tile and grout in the kitchen and bathrooms. Definitely a plus experience!

Carpet cleaning was average. The carpet smelled like urine for many days until the carpet was fully dry. This is the first company that I've ever had where we had such a smell...

They arrived about 30 minutes early which was fine - very professional and courteous. Dave measured the sq. footage and then gave me an exact quote for the cleaning. Went very smoothly. We had 2 stains in our kids' rooms that Dave tried several different chemicals to clean but was only partially successful. I didn't expect the stains (paint & orange soda) to come out anyway and he did what he could, and I appreciate that. I notice that this company is also one of Rosie's recommended carpet cleaning companies. Will definitely use them again.

They were very expensive. I can buy a new window for that money. The customer service people in the office were very friendly and nice. The price they quoted was ridiculous.

Ecofresh did a terrific job. Our home is about 5,000 sq feet. We have lots of carpet - two stories and lots of stone floors. They have never looked this good. They took lots of care with my belongings and didn't cut any corners. I will have them out again at least once a year. I love the way the house looks.

Cleaners arrived just a little late. Good work, timely, clean up OK. Discovered after they left that they forgot one closet. Called, they scheduled a return visit for 6/29. Came early this time, fixed the problem, and cleaned up well. No charge for revisit. All done smoothly, no hassles.

The office kept me up-dated on the schedule and technician showed up on time. He worked quickly, neatly and efficiently.

It was the best carpet cleaning that we have ever had! I was enormously pleased by the politeness and eagerness to please of the two men who came. David, in particular, was fantastic. They even asked if they could move all the heavy furniture instead of trying to avoid that unpleasant task. It was clear that they took pride in what they did and truly loved their job. They even called the next to day check and see how everything went.

Great - they were very helpful, and the owner of the company called me when I requested some information on the type of carpet he recommended. We will replace our carpet with in the next 18 months.

Ecofresh arrived 10 minutes early. They were very professional. First the measured all the rooms and provided an estimate. After agreeing on the price, they went to work and did a great job cleaning the carpets and sofa. Everything came out looking like new. It did take longer for the carpets to dry than what the technician indicated.

They came on time and did their work. Everything seemed to work the way it was supposed to be. My husband was very pleased with their service.

Overall it was a great experience. They called two days prior to remind me of the appointment and showed up on time. They did a great job on both the windows and carpets in the time promised. They also got out several stains that I didn't think they would be able to. They were very professional and careful with my furniture.

They did a great job. They are not only recommended by Angie's List, but also recommended by another company, so I felt comfortable hiring them. They got there exactly when scheduled and were finished in just under two hours as estimated. There were some old red stains from the previous owners' children that they were not able to get out, but we had discussed that prior to them starting. We have two little dogs who like to piddle upstairs and he identified their spots and was able to get them out. The rooms looked and smelled wonderful. The stairs didn't come out as wonderful as the upstairs carpet, but they look 99% better than before, so I'm ok with that. They use eco-friendly products which made me feel better with the small dogs. I would hire them again.

They arrived promptly and were very careful and diligent. The only surprise was that the front door had to be ajar to allow the hose to be connected to their truck. We have two indoor cats and I had to watch them the whole time to be sure they would not escape out the door. But I was very satisfied with their professionalism and commitment to doing a first-rate job. They did excellent work.

The process went very well. The workers were friendly and efficient. They were able to get out stains/wear marks that another company was not able to remove. I have a dirt sensing vacuum, and before the Ecofresh cleaning it would take me at LEAST 45 mins to get a "clean" reading on my entire living room. Today it only took me 30 mins. A welcome change! Overall a very positive experience. Only one slight problem, the carpets did not dry nearly as fast as they said they would (a problem I have had with every carpet cleaning I've ever had)! Most were still damp the next day. The only dry room was the master bedroom. We leave the ceiling fan on all night!

I like this company because they are a green-friendly company. They don t leave a chemical residue behind on your carpet afterwards. My only complaint was that they didn't clean my love seat. The service techs didn t get the message about the love seat, so it was not their fault.
