It was the second call out for the same thing and they ended up going with a different company, cancelled their contract with the first person they sent out, and they bumped up my unit up free of charge to me because of the issues.

When I bought the house initially it came with the warranty and I've been using them ever since. My unit was built in 96 and it died in 2011 they wanted to replaced the compressor the wanted to replace it with a rebuilt compressor not a new compressor and I was already paying, in fact the moment I spent the money for a new unit I got the next utility bill and my utility bill had dropped by a half so they don't care about that what's cost me every month all they care about is what is going to cost them right here right now.
