Absolute scam artists. "Insurance specialist" salesman, Mark Richmond, knocked on our door. He offered to submit a claim to fix the roof with our existing insurance provider based on recent hail storm damage. He insisted on taking a look at all home repair work the he could have done free of charge. Mark created an extremely high pressure situation to hand him $1 and sign a contract agreeing that he'll call your insurance for you. At which point, he is entitled to the entire claim, but is not responsible for completing the repairs to the roof. When my mother did not return his calls he submitted a small claims law suit against my mother. He made threatening calls to both me and my mother. He lost the lawsuit and has refiled a claim. They provided a list of fraudulent references. Do NOT engage in any form of business with them.
