 + -1 moreGave me name ot tech and his cell phone in advance. He appeared on schedule on Saturday, resolved the idler issue as well as the proper belt tension and checked the rest of the equipment. With a few days of usage under out belt, the equipment is solid again. Tech was professional and explained the operation.
Description of Work: A nordictrak elliptical began to slip. Nordic trak indicated a service call by them would be $135 to start with a likely $55 return visit once parts were ordered. So went ahead and checked slippage myself, belt damaged, ordered a replacement, all went well until I tried to set the tension and couldn't. That's when I called Farmers. They were willing to come Saturday and reduced the rate to $85 dollars since I'd started the work.
