Dwayne called to let me know that the appointment prior to mine had to reschedule and they could come earlier if it was convenient for me. It was. He and his coworker showed up on time, ready to go. Once I described the problem and how far I got, I was impressed with how they both went immediately to work splitting up the tasks without much discussion. They were very pleasant and professional while they were in my house. We talked about how far I had gotten with the job and that I had done everything correctly and they kept working while they talked. There was no standing around. They used drop cloths on the floors and on my tables to protect all the surfaces. They brought their own vacuum to clean up after they were done. They answered my questions about working with the system and adding more lights if desired. They were very knowledgeable about Tech Lighting. They finished in just over 1 hour. I was very pleased with the cost. I thought it was quite reasonable. I would definitely use this electrician again.
Description of Work: Finished installing low voltage light fixtures from Tech Lighting. I had had some problems installing the system myself. Its rather sensitive. And I decided to call someone in to finish it and make sure I had done it all correctly.

Description of Work: Casablanca ceiling fan did not work. The first service call was to diagnose that the remote control controller inside the fan unit required replacing. This part was ordered and the second service call was to install it.

FOR THE HANGING LIGHT, WE CALLED AT ABOUT 4 P.M., AND SINCE HE WORKED LATE EVENINGS, HE WAS ABLE TO COME THAT NIGHT ABOUT 9 P.M. THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE, AND HE ONLY CHARGED US $50.00! FOR THE WALL SWITCH, DWAYNE WAS HERE ON TIME, HE REPLACED THE SWITCH IN 5 MINUTES AND REFUSED TO CHARGE ME SINCE IT WAS SUCH A SMALL JOB. I WAS SHOCKED, I TOLD HIM I WILL CALL HIM AGAIN FOR A BIGGER JOB!
Description of Work: HUNG AN LARGE LIGHT IN OUR VAULTED ENTRANCE. HE WAS CALLED AT THE LAST MINUTE WHEN WE DISCOVERED THAT WE COULD NOT REACH IT WITH OUR OWN LADDER. IT WAS A VERY LARGE FIXTURE THAT WAS HUNG EXTREMELY HIGH EVEN WITH OUR SECOND STORY CEILING. ON A LATER VISIT, REPLACED A BROKEN WALL SWITCH. IT WAS ONE OF FOUR ON THE PLATE AND OPERATED THE FAN. WE HAD BEEN UNABLE TO TURN THE FAN OFF FOR A WEEK.
