EZRA WAS REFERRED TO ME BY MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. HE WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE ON THE DESIGNATED DAY BETWEEN 9-11 A.M. WHEN NO ONE SHOWED BY 10:45, I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE. THEY RETURNED MY CALL 2 HOURS LATER AND TOLD ME HIS SECRETARY WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL ME AND TELL ME HE COULDN'T COME OUT UNTIL THE AFTERNOON, THUS A WASTED MORNING FOR ME. WHEN WE DID RESCHEDULE HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY. HIS ASSISTANT DID MOST OF THE WORK AND OTHER THAN A FEW WATER LEAKS (WHICH THEY FIXED BEFORE LEAVING,) IT'S WORKED FINE.
Description of Work: REPLACED GARBAGE DISPOSAL.

THEY WERE REFERED TO ME BY A HOME WARRANTY COMPANY, I WOULD HIRE THEM BACK IF I HAD PLUMBING PROBLEMS.
