EXTREME DREAMZ CUSTOM LANDSCAPING

Lonny came out and listened to what we wanted for our front yard. He gave us ideas on what we could do to make the yard look better. When he gave us the bid, he separated items so we could pull out/decide what we wanted. After we signed up with Extreme Dreamz, they estimated a start date and showed up as scheduled. Lonny brought samples for us to look at and consider. The materials were delivered the work day ahead and never stayed in front of the house for more than a day. Everyday the landscapers cleaned up the front yard after the work day was done. Never had a mess. The work was completed on time. We are very happy with the job Extreme Dreamz completed and have received many compliments on the front yard. The yard looks balanced and the plants are growing well. One last thing, before the plants went in, Lonny placed the plants and then had us take a look to make sure we liked the plant placement.

THE OWNER, LONNY HART REALLY WORKED WITH US ON THE PRICE. HE WAS VERY WILLING TO NEGOTIATE WITH US. HE WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL WITH THE DESIGN WORK. HE WAS ALSO SUPPOSED TO GET APPROVAL FROM OUR HOA, HOWEVER HE SUBMITTED THE PAPERWORK VERY LATE. THE WORKERS WERE VERY SLOPPY AND HAD TO BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. SEVERAL ITEMS THAT WERE ON OUR CONTRACT WERE MISSED AND WE HAD TO KEEP ON TOP OF THEM AT ALL TIMES. THERE WAS A FOREMAN ON-SITE MOST OF THE TIME IN CHARGE OF THE WORKERS. THE FOREMAN SEEMED TO BE UNFAMILIAR WITH OUR CONTRACT AND WE HAD TO KEEP TELLING HIM THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. OVERALL, THE WORK CAME OUT OKAY. THE WORK TOOK ABOUT 3 WEEKS FOR COMPLETION.
