After a disappointing experience with another house cleaning company, I hired Excellent Cleaning to clean my town home after the Thanksgiving holiday. Although they were booked on the day I requested, they said that they would call me if an appointment became available. Well, the owner/manager Casey held true to his promise to follow-up. I made an appointment and a cleaning crew of two very nice ladies showed up on-time as scheduled. They did a thorough and wonderful job to say the least. Every room in the house I had asked to be cleaned looked great. I was very pleased with the follow-up and professionalism of Excellent Cleaning; and have since used their services two more times; and I will continue to do so. Sami S.
